摘要: A pixel compensation circuit includes a data signal writing module, a high voltage writing module, a first reference voltage generation module, a driving transistor, a capacitor and a light emitting device. The data signal writing module is connected to a first end of the capacitor. The high voltage writing module is connected to the first end of the capacitor. The first reference voltage generation module is connected to a second end of the capacitor, an anode of the light emitting device and a drain electrode of the driving transistor. A gate electrode of the driving transistor is connected to the second end of the capacitor, a source electrode thereof is connected to the high voltage writing module, and the drain electrode thereof is connected to the anode of the light emitting device. A cathode of the light emitting device is connected to a common grounding electrode.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a pixel driving circuit, a pixel driving method and a display device. A voltage related to a threshold voltage of a driving unit is stored in a storage unit during a compensation stage of the pixel driving circuit utilizing a charging control unit so that an operating current of the driving unit is not affected by the threshold voltage during a light emitting holding stage of the pixel driving circuit. Thus, the influence of the threshold voltage of the driving unit on an operating current thereof is eliminated and an issue in which the display luminance of the light emitting element is not uniform due to inconsistency in the threshold voltage is solved, which improves display quality of the display device.

摘要: There are disclosed a shift register unit (100) and a driving method thereof, a gate driving apparatus and a display apparatus. The shift register unit (100) comprises a scanning direction selection unit (101), a control unit (102), a bootstrap unit (103), a first pull-down maintenance unit (104) and a second pull-down maintenance unit (105), which are used to reduce electric stress of a part of elements in the shift register unit (100), so as to raise stability of operation and prolong service life. Additionally, it is capable of realizing a narrow frame design of a liquid crystal display. The gate driving apparatus can adopt the GOA technique to enhance integrity of the TFT-LCD panel.

摘要: The present application discloses a pixel driving chip for compensating an original signal provided to a pixel structure including a driving transistor having a drain electrode coupled to a light-emitting device, the pixel driving chip includes a control circuit configured to generate at least one control voltage signals for controlling the driving transistor; an acquisition circuit configured to acquire a measured source voltage at a source electrode of the driving transistor under control of the at least one control voltage signals; a computation circuit configured to compute a compensation voltage based on the measured source voltage; a storage circuit configured to store the compensation voltage; a compensation circuit configured to compensate the original signal provided to the driving transistor using the compensation voltage stored in the storage circuit to obtain a compensated signal; and an output circuit configured to output the compensated signal to the driving transistor.

摘要: The present application discloses a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit including a first GOA circuit; a second GOA circuit; and a voltage transmitting circuit configured to transmit an output voltage from the first GOA circuit to the second GOA circuit as an input voltage for the second GOA circuit; the output voltage from the first GOA circuit and the input voltage for the second GOA circuit having a substantially the same voltage level.
