    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a pixel driving circuit, a pixel driving method and a display device. A voltage related to a threshold voltage of a driving unit is stored in a storage unit during a compensation stage of the pixel driving circuit utilizing a charging control unit so that an operating current of the driving unit is not affected by the threshold voltage during a light emitting holding stage of the pixel driving circuit. Thus, the influence of the threshold voltage of the driving unit on an operating current thereof is eliminated and an issue in which the display luminance of the light emitting element is not uniform due to inconsistency in the threshold voltage is solved, which improves display quality of the display device.

The circuit includes a data signal writing module, a high voltage signal writing module, a first reference voltage generation module and a second reference voltage writing module; the data signal writing module and the high voltage signal writing module are connected with a first terminal of the capacitor; the first reference voltage generation module is connected with a second terminal of the capacitor and a drain of the driving transistor; a gate of the driving transistor is connected with the second terminal of the capacitor, the drain thereof is connected with an anode of the light emitting device, a source thereof is connected with the second reference voltage writing module, and connected with the high voltage signal writing module; a cathode of the light emitting device is connected with a common ground electrode.

The pixel circuit includes a threshold compensation unit, configured to pull voltage of first node and voltage of first level terminal uniform, pull voltage of third node and voltage of second node uniform, and make the voltage of the first node and the voltage of the third node have an equipotential change; a driving unit, configured to output driving current; a data writing unit, configured to pull the voltage of the third node and the voltage of a data signal terminal uniform; a resetting unit, configured to pull a voltage of fourth node and a voltage of a third level terminal uniform; an EL light-emitting unit, configured to display gray scales through driving current; and a feedback unit, configured to make the voltage of the third node and the voltage of the fourth node have an equipotential change.

    摘要: A pixel compensation circuit includes a data signal writing module, a high voltage writing module, a first reference voltage generation module, a driving transistor, a capacitor and a light emitting device. The data signal writing module is connected to a first end of the capacitor. The high voltage writing module is connected to the first end of the capacitor. The first reference voltage generation module is connected to a second end of the capacitor, an anode of the light emitting device and a drain electrode of the driving transistor. A gate electrode of the driving transistor is connected to the second end of the capacitor, a source electrode thereof is connected to the high voltage writing module, and the drain electrode thereof is connected to the anode of the light emitting device. A cathode of the light emitting device is connected to a common grounding electrode.
