摘要： An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a first electrode located on the base substrate and including a pad portion, the pad portion including a first surface and a second surface, the second surface being closer to the base substrate than the first surface; a first insulation layer located on the first electrode and including a first via hole; a second insulation layer located on the first insulation layer and including a second via hole; and a second electrode located on the second insulation layer; the second electrode is electrically connected with the first electrode at the pad portion through the first via hole and the second via hole, and an orthographic projection of the pad portion on the base substrate falls within an orthographic projection of the second via hole on the base substrate.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a first conductive layer on a side of the base substrate; the first insulating layer on a side of the first conductive layer away from the base substrate; and a second conductive layer on a side of the first insulating layer away from the first conductive layer. The array substrate includes a pixel region and a signal input region, and a portion of the first insulating layer in the pixel region has a thickness less than that of a portion of the first insulating layer in the signal input region.

摘要： An array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and the array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units. In each of the plurality of pixel units, the array substrate includes a thin film transistor and a storage capacitor disposed above the base substrate, the storage capacitor includes a metal layer, an intermediate layer, and a reflective layer disposed in a stacked manner, the metal layer being adjacent to the base substrate. The array substrate further includes a common electrode layer disposed on a side of the storage capacitor facing away from the base substrate, the reflective layer is electrically connected to the common electrode layer, and the metal layer is electrically connected to an active layer of the thin film transistor.

摘要： A touch structure, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The touch structure includes touch electrodes and touch electrode lines including a first touch electrode line and a second touch electrode line connected with different touch electrodes. The first touch electrode line includes a first wire and a second wire which are mutually connected. The first wire is connected with the touch electrode, which is connected with the first touch electrode line, via a first through hole running through the insulation layer. The second wire is connected with the touch electrode, which is connected with the first touch electrode line, via a second through hole running through the insulation layer. At least a part of the second touch electrode line is between the second through hole and the first through hole in an arrangement direction of the touch electrode lines.

There is provided a method for manufacturing a display panel, comprising: forming a first metal layer on a substrate; forming a second metal layer on the first metal layer; oxidizing a portion of the second metal layer to form an oxide extending to a surface of the first metal layer; removing the oxide to expose the surface of the first metal layer; and forming a conductive layer on the exposed surface of the first metal layer.
