Abstract: A clip for reducing a dimension of an opening in tissue may include a continuous member having a plurality of legs and a plurality of preformed bends connecting adjacent legs, wherein the plurality of legs form: a first group having two protrusions; a second group having two protrusions; and a third group having two protrusions, wherein each protrusion of each group includes two legs of the continuous member and a corresponding preformed bend connecting the two legs, and each protrusion of each group extends from a region adjacent a first end of the clip to a region adjacent a second end of the clip.

Abstract: An illustrative mechanical thrombectomy system may comprise an outer catheter extending from a proximal end to a distal end and defining a first lumen extending therethrough and an inner sheath extending from a proximal end to a distal end and defining a second lumen extending therethrough. The inner sheath may be slidably disposed within the first lumen of the outer catheter. An inner shaft may be slidably disposed within the second lumen of the inner sheath and an expandable anchor mechanism may be coupled to the distal end region of the inner shaft. The expandable anchor mechanism may be configured to move between a collapsed delivery configuration and an expanded configuration.

Abstract: Embolic material delivery devices and methods of using them are disclosed. An example embolic material delivery assembly includes an outer member having a lumen extending therein and a distal end region, an inner member disposed within the lumen of the outer member, wherein the inner member includes a first lumen extending therein. The embolic material delivery assembly also includes a first embolic material extending within the first lumen of the inner member, the embolic material having a first distal end region. The embolic material delivery assembly also includes an anchor disposed within the lumen of the outer member, the anchor having a first attachment region. Further, the first distal end region of the first embolic material is coupled to the first attachment region of the anchor.

The loading tool may include a tubular sleeve having a distal end region, a proximal end region, and a lumen extending therethrough. The distal end region may include a reduced distal tip designed to interact with a hemostasis valve having a resilient seal member.
