Abstract:
The present invention provides a rubber composition and an anti-vibration rubber composition both comprising: a rubber component containing at least a natural rubber and a high-cis isoprene rubber having a content of cis-1,4 bond of 95% by mass or more; a carbon black having an iodine adsorption number of 35 mg/g or less and a DBP adsorption number of 75 ml/100 g or less; a silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (the BET method) of 80 m2/g or more and less than 240 m2/g; and a compound represented by the following general formula (1), (wherein m and n each independently represent an integer of 1 or more), and an anti-vibration rubber obtained by curing the rubber composition. The rubber composition and the anti-vibration rubber composition have a low dynamic magnification, are excellent in fatigue property and can retain scorch resistance (work stability).
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rubber vibration isolator composition with which low temperature characteristics can be significantly improved while maintaining basic strength characteristics (hardness, tensile elongation, tensile strength), and a rubber vibration isolator obtained by curing said rubber composition. The present invention provides a rubber vibration isolator composition characterized in containing natural rubber, high cis content isoprene rubber, a crosslinking agent and an aromatic sulfonamide having a specified chemical structure. The high cis content isoprene rubber refers to the cis-1,4 bond content being at least 95%.
