    Abstract: A graphic display system including separate means for storing a representation of a value to be graphically displayed and a reference value which is less than the value representation. The reference value is incremented in steps of predetermined amounts and compared with the stored representation. When a match is detected, a predetermined change is caused in the display on a display device. This change may be the generating of a dot on the display, the initiating of a line, the terminating of a line, or the like.

    Abstract: A CIRCUIT FOR PROVIDING A RELATIVELY LARGE AND EASILY VARIED DELAY OF RANDOMLY RECEIVED PULSES WITHOUT CAUSING SIGNIFICANT DISTORTION OF THE PULSE SHAPE. THE LEADING EDGE OF THE PULSE IS CONVERTED INTO A FIRST DECAYING PULSE AND THE TRAILING EDGE INTO A SECOND DECAYING PULSE. THESE DECAYING PULSES, WHICH ARE OF OPPOSITE POLARITY, ARE APPLIED TO A SUMMING POINT, THE OTHER INPUT TO WHICH IS A REFERENCE PULSE WHICH BEGINS AND ENDS AT THE SAME TIME AS THE INPUT PULSE AND IS OF THE SAME POLARITY AS THE SECOND DECAYING PULSE. THE SUMMING POINT IS THE INPUT TO A THRESHOLD CIRCUIT WHICH IS ADAPTED TO START GENERATING AN OUTPUT WHEN THE FIRST DECAYING PULSE HAS DECAYED TO A FIRST PREDETERMINED VALUE AND TO STOP GENERATING AN OUTPUT WHEN THE SECOND DECAYING PULSE HAS DECAYED TO A SECOND PREDETERMINED VALUE. THE OUTPUT FROM THE THRESHOLD CIRCUIT IS THE DESIRED DELAYED PULSE.

    Abstract: An information storage and display system having a memory element in which items of information to be displayed on a plurality of display devices are stored. The information may be displayed in any one of a plurality of different forms with the information in a given form which is to be displayed on a given display device being stored in an identifiable address position of tee memory element. Information of various types is sequentially applied to the system and is selectively stored, under control of item and form selecting means, in positions of the memory element. Also provided are means for selecting a display form for a given display device and means operable in response to the selecting means for gating information from the appropriate position in the memory element to control the display on a display device.
