    Abstract: A battery case is provided, including a plurality of side plates. A first side plate has the largest area among the plurality of side plates, and at least one first side plate includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is a curved surface concave toward inside of the battery case. A three-dimensional coordinate system is established in a first direction, a second direction, and a third direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first side plate. A curvature of the first portion is less than a curvature of an ellipsoid, the curvature of the ellipsoid is obtained from an ellipsoid function, and the ellipsoid function is: ((x−a)/i)2+((y−b)/j)2+((z−c)/k)2=1, where, a, b, c, i, j, and k are determined according to coordinates of at least four points that are different from each other, and x, y, and z are coordinates of the three directions of the ellipsoid function.

    Abstract: A battery, a battery module, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The battery includes a housing, end covers, partition plates, and a number of electrode core assemblies. The end covers are arranged on two opposite ends of the housing for sealing an internal space of the housing. The partition plates are spaced apart from each other in the housing for separating the internal space of the housing into a number of accommodating cavities successively arranged along a first direction. Each electrode core assembly is arranged in each accommodating cavity. The electrode core assembly includes at least one electrode core. The number of electrode core assemblies are successively arranged along the first direction and connected in series. The partition plate is provided with an electrolyte solution filling channel. The electrolyte solution filling channel is in communication with the accommodating cavity on at least one side of the partition plate, and is configured for electrolyte solution to be filled into the accommodating cavity from an outside of the battery. The electrolyte solution filling channel is in a closed state upon completion of the electrolyte solution filling, to prevent communication between the accommodating cavity and the outside of the battery. A through hole is provided at a position of the housing corresponding to the electrolyte solution filling channel on the partition plate.

    Abstract: A cover plate assembly, a battery, a battery module, a power battery pack, and an electric vehicle are disclosed. The cover plate assembly includes a cover plate body (1), a first electrode terminal (2), a second electrode terminal, and a resistive coating (3). The second electrode terminal is insulatively connected with the cover plate body (1). The first electrode terminal (2) is electrically connected with the cover plate body (1) by the resistive coating (3). The resistive coating (3) includes a weak portion (331). When a current flowing through the resistive coating (3) is greater than a predetermined threshold, the weak portion (331) is melted to disconnect the cover plate body (1) from the first electrode terminal (2).
