The multiple functional devices occupy the accommodating space, and the battery occupies the accommodating space. The flexible circuit is integrally formed with the housing and is disposed based on a connection relationship of the electrode assemblies and positions of the lead-out portions. The flexible circuit includes an output terminal and multiple connecting portions. The connection relationship includes a serial connection or a parallel connection. The connecting portions is connected with the corresponding lead-out portions to electrically connect with the electrode assemblies, and the output terminal extends out of the housing for leading out power.

The central control apparatus includes a housing and a moving member movably disposed in the housing and dividing the housing into a first region and a second region in a moving direction of the moving member.
