    摘要: A power terminal in a mount plate housing provides electrical power to an audiovisual device. A hot wire connected with the power terminal extends from the mount plate housing. The hot wire is configured to connect with a corresponding hot wire of the audiovisual device. A ground wire extending from the mount plate housing is configured to be connected with a corresponding ground wire of the audiovisual device. A first insulation piercing interconnect is connected with the hot wire. The first insulation piercing interconnect is configured to connect the hot wire with the corresponding hot wire of the audiovisual device to allow exchanging the battery mount interface. A second insulation piercing interconnect is connected with the ground wire. The second insulation piercing interconnect is configured to connect the ground wire with the corresponding ground wire of the audiovisual device to allow exchanging the battery mount interface.

    摘要: Provided is a wiring material which is advantageous for space saving while ensuring seismic resistance of a flexible circuit board. A wiring material 7 including a flexible circuit board 10 in which a plurality of batteries 3A to 3L arranged in one direction is connected to one another via a bus bar 20 and an arrangement direction of the batteries 3A to 3L is a longitudinal direction of the flexible circuit board 10, includes: a narrow connecting portion 18 connected to the bus bar 20; and a main body 68 that is connected to the connecting portion 18 and includes a portion wider than the connecting portion 18. The connecting portion 18 is configured to have a longitudinal extending portion 18a that projects from the main body 68 in the longitudinal direction and extends in the longitudinal direction.

    摘要: A connection portion of a lead wire is close to a surface of a metal plate, held at an accurate position, and held while preventing the wire from being movable. A connection structure of the lead wire includes the metal plate, the lead wire connected to the surface of the metal plate, and a pair of holding protrusions. The holding protrusions sandwich at least two parts of the lead wire to dispose the lead wire at a fixed position. Each of the holding protrusions has a holding gap sandwiching and holding the press-fitted lead wire. A connection space of the lead wire and the metal plate is provided between the holding protrusions. The lead wire is held on the surface of the metal plate with the holding protrusions and is connected to the surface of the metal plate in the connection space.

    摘要: A battery pack includes a plurality of battery modules arranged in a front and rear direction, and each of the plurality of battery modules includes a plurality of cylindrical battery cells; a module housing having a plurality of hollows in which the plurality of cylindrical battery cells are accommodated; and a connection plate having a body portion at the upper portion or the lower portion of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells and provided with a plurality of connection terminals respectively in electrical contact and connection with the electrode terminal at one of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells, and a connection portion to protrusively extend in a left direction or a right direction from the body portion so that the protrusively extending portion is bent upward or downward from the body portion and the bent end is in contact and connection with a portion of another connection plate.
