Abstract: A negative electrode sheet, a secondary battery, and an electrical device are provided. The negative electrode sheet includes a negative current collector and a negative electrode active material layer. The negative electrode active material layer is disposed on a surface of the negative current collector. The negative electrode active material layer includes a negative electrode active material and an additive having compression and rebound properties. After a pressure X is applied in a thickness direction of the negative electrode sheet, a rebound rate of the negative electrode sheet is 2%-40%, and a compression rate of the negative electrode sheet is 2%-40%. The pressure X satisfies the following: 0.3 Mpa≤X≤5 Mpa.

The internal component contains a silane coupling agent modified inorganic lithium salt. The external component is formed on a surface of the internal component and contains a polymer with a low melting point. The internal component and the external component form a core-shell structure together, and the shell has a porosity of 0.01% to 20%. A positive electrode material and a lithium-ion battery including the additive, and method of preparing the lithium-ion battery are also provided.
