摘要: A device for compressing a portion of an energy storage cell includes a first shell element having a first receiving portion designed to receive the portion of the energy storage cell, and a second shell element, movable relative to the first shell element between an open position and a closed position. When the second shell element is in the open position, the portion of the energy storage cell can be inserted into the device such that the portion of the energy storage cell is received into the first receiving portion. When the second shell element is in the closed position, the first and second shell elements jointly define a cavity containing the first receiving portion and being designed to clampingly hold the portion of the energy storage cell substantially elastically compressed. A system and method for compressing the portion of the energy storage cell are also provided.

摘要: An electrode for an electrochemical storage cell is provided. The electrode includes an outgoing conductor foil and an electrode coating applied to the conductor foil. The conductor foil has a first portion and a second portion, adjoining the first portion in the longitudinal direction of the conductor foil, and has a side edge, which extends from a first end of the conductor foil over the first portion and the second portion to a second end of the conductor foil, opposite from the first end along the longitudinal direction. The conductor foil also has a number of outgoing conductor lugs, extending from the side edge and intended for electrically contacting the electrode, wherein the outgoing conductor lugs are arranged in the first portion of the outgoing conductor foil and the first portion extends from the first end of the outgoing conductor foil to at most the middle of the side edge.

摘要: A method for producing a lithium ion battery includes the following steps: A casing is provided and an electrode arrangement is inserted therein. The electrode arrangement is formed from alternating layers of a cathode and an anode, where at least one anode contains an anode active material comprising a silicon- and/or titanium-based constituent. At least one flexible volume compensation element is situated between the electrode arrangement and the casing. The volume compensation element comprises a shell and an inert gas or electrolyte accommodated within the shell. The volume compensation element counteracts expansion of the electrode arrangement. The casing is sealed to form the lithium ion battery. The lithium ion battery is then charged, and the shell of the volume compensation element is opened to release the inert gas or the electrolyte when a target expansion of the electrode arrangement is reached. A lithium ion battery is also described.

摘要: A method for producing a lithium-ion battery cell includes providing a connection plate on a battery-cell housing of the lithium-ion battery cell and a connecting pin. The connection plate has an opening for the connecting pin and further includes a coefficient of thermal expansion greater than that of the connecting pin. The connection plate is heated and the connecting pin is inserted into the opening in the connection plate. When the connection plate cools down, the connecting pin is fixed in the connection plate. The connecting pin is guided through an opening in the battery-cell housing and is connected to a current collector of at least one negative electrode of the lithium-ion battery cell, thereby electrically connecting the current collector to the connection plate. A lithium-ion battery cell that can be produced by the method is also described.
