摘要: An outer terminal connection structure of a secondary battery, includes: a first current collector to be welded to non-coating portion tabs of an electrode assembly; a second current collector electrically connected to the first current collector; a cap plate above the second current collector, and connected to an opening of a case, the cap plate having a plate hole; an outer terminal above the cap plate, and electrically connected to the second current collector; an insulator passing through the cap plate to be located above and below the cap plate, the insulator to support the outer terminal at an upper side, and contact the second current collector at a lower side; and a terminal connection part passing through the plate hole to electrically connect the second current collector to the outer terminal. The outer terminal connection structure includes a rotation prevention structure to restrict a relative rotation.

The electrochemical apparatus further includes a first layer, where an extending direction of the conductive plate is a first direction, and in the first direction, the first layer includes a first region and a second region connected to each other, the first region being disposed inside the housing, and the second region being disposed outside the housing. A direction perpendicular to a surface of the conductive plate is a second direction, and viewed along the second direction, the second region partially overlaps the conductive plate. The second region includes a first protrusion and a second protrusion. In a third direction, the first protrusion is separated from the second protrusion.

The method may further comprise forming a first heat seal at the unsealed portion of the foil pack, and subsequently forming a second heat seal that is redundant with the first heat seal of the foil pack.

In this insert-molding step, the insertion hole of the lid is placed in front of a gate, and a molten resin is injected through the gate to flow in an opposite gate-side space in a cavity through the insertion hole, allowing the molten resin to spread over the entire cavity, to form the resin member.

摘要: A lithium-polymer based battery pack for power a hand held power tool or a garden tool, the battery pack has a plurality of battery cells located within housing that is selectively connectable to and supportable by a hand held power tool or a garden tool. The battery cells have a lithium-polymer based chemistry and a nominal charged internal impedance of less than or equal to approximately 5 milliohms. In one embodiment the cells are think cells are stacked within the housing such that each sell is layered over or under an adjacent cell and a resiliently deformable substrate located between adjacent battery cells. In another embodiment the cells may be interconnected to have a combined output voltage of at least 9 volts and to produce a combined average discharge current of greater than 20 amps. A lithium-polymer tool battery and a battery powered tool are also part of the invention.

摘要: The present invention discloses a multi-contact battery structure comprising at least one battery cell and a protection circuit module. The cell comprises a cell body and a first connection end and a second connection end disposed on different sides of the cell body. The protection circuit module is connected to the first or second connection end. Using the above-mentioned components, a plurality of battery cells are connected through the first or second connection end of each cell body according to the needs of different battery capacities, to form an electrically parallel connection and a battery assembly with different rated capacities, further to form a battery module assembly by the combination, to reduce the waste of electronic products and the carbon emission from the factory production process, to achieve the goal of global environmental protection.
