摘要: A cylindrical cutting element for a coal cutting machine with a reamer-conveyor worm or reamer spiral for a coal cutting, disposed projecting at a distance from the surface of the cutting element and comprising base elements attached at uniform distances. A chisel holder with an exchangeable chisel is connected to each base element. The chisel holder is inserted with its plug-in connector into a socket of the base element and is maintained therein by a pressure screw. A time-saving assembly of a cutting element, wherein the base elements can be positioned on and fastened to the surface of the cutting element in a simple manner is attained where receiver pockets are cut along the reamer-conveyor worm or reamer spiral at uniform distances into the surface of the cutting element, the undersides of the base elements end in a base whose cross section is matched to the receiver pockets, and the base elements are introduced, positioned by the base, into a receiver pocket and are fixedly connected thereto.

摘要: A chisel holder system including a base part and a chisel holder. The base part includes a socket wherein the chisel holder with a plug-in insert is introduced. The chisel holder has a bearing surface supported on a supporting surface of the base plate, and the base part has a shoulder connected to the supporting surface. A replacement chamber is formed between the shoulder and a facing end surface of the chisel holder. According to this invention, the supporting surface is placed in the transition region in relation to the shoulder by at least one recess of the shoulder so that the flat-shaped connection between the supporting surface and the shoulder, in the region of the recess, is interrupted in order to optimize the resistance to wear and tear of the base part.

摘要: A chisel-holder changing system for a road milling machine, a coal cutting machine or the like to which a chisel-holder is fastened in an exchangeable manner by means of a connecting mechanism. The chisel-holder accommodates at least one chisel that can be exchanged. The middle longitudinal axis of the chisel is set at an operating angle of less than 90° with respect to the surface to be worked. In order to be able to obtain varied removal results using such a chisel-holder changing system, the chisel-holder can be fixed in two or more configuring positions to the base part and in different attachment positions of the chisel, the middle longitudinal axis of the chisel is slanted at various working angles.

摘要: A cylindrical cutting element for a cutting machine which includes base ps arranged at a uniform distance from each other. A chisel holder which receives an exchangeable chisel is secured with respect to each base element. The chisel holder has a plug connector which allows the chisel holder to be inserted into a plug receiver of the base element, where it is held by a pressure screw on the base part that grips the plug connector. To relieve the plug connector from the forces acting on the chisel, the base part has a projection which extends in an approximately parallel direction to the running direction of the cutting element and a stop that follows the projection in the running direction and forms an angle therewith. The stop limits the insertion of the chisel holder into the base element and absorbs forces transmitted through the chisel to the chisel holder.

摘要: A construction machine for machining floor surfaces, wherein the machine includes a milling roll having a plurality of tool holders on a surface thereof. A tool, especially a straight shank tool, is received in a tool receiving element of the tool holder in an exchangeable manner. With this invention it is possible to change the tool in one such construction machine in a simplified manner. Thus, the milling roll is associated with a tool changing device, and the tool changing device dismounts each tool from the tool holder and/or mounts each tool in the tool holder.

If in a chisel holder changing system in accordance with this invention the surfaces of the outer screw thread of the bracing screw and/or of the inner screw thread of the threaded receivers of the chisel holder receivers have a metallic layer of zinc and aluminum lamellas and a mineral chromium oxide bonding agent, which is burned in after the application, the screw connections are improved so that larger prestressing forces/tightening torques can be transmitted without damage to the screw connections.
