摘要: The invention concerns a method for burning a fuel by means of at least one a burner, each burner comprising two half-assemblies (1, 1′) comprising each at least one fuel injecting means (2) associated with a primary oxidant injecting means (3), and at least one secondary oxidant injecting means (4), a first oxidant jet being injected at a first distance from the fuel by the primary injecting means so as to generate a first incomplete combustion, and a second oxidant jet being injected at a second distance (L1), greater than the first distance, from the fuel injecting means so as to generate a second combustion with the remaining fuel of the first incomplete combustion. Said method is characterized in that each half-assembly delivers a combustion power different from the one delivered by the other half-assembly.

摘要: The invention concerns a combustion method for industrial furnace comprising an arrangement of two substantially parallel and symmetrical burner assemblies (G, D). Each burner assembly comprises a fuel injector (10 G , 10 D ) and three oxidant injectors (1 G , 2 G , 3 G , 1 D , 2 D , 3 D ) arranged at increasing distances from the fuel injector. An oxidant supply system cyclically distributes a specific flow of oxidant among some at least of the second and third injectors of the burner assemblies (2 G , 3 G , 2 D , 3 D ). The amount of nitrogen monoxide produced upon combustion is thus reduced, while ensuring a good distribution of the heating power in the furnace.

摘要: Method of reheating metallurgical products, in which solid products, especially steel products, are reheated so as to bring them from a temperature substantially below 400° C. to a temperature of at least about 1000° C. by passing them through a furnace having an upstream zone in which the said products are preheated and a downstream zone in which the said products are brought to their final temperature on leaving the furnace, the downstream zone of the furnace being fitted with burners, at least some of which operate with an oxidizer which is air, the smoke (flue gases) generated by these burners flowing as a countercurrent to the products and preheating these products in the upstream preheating zone. According to the invention, at least one burner is placed in the upstream preheating zone of the furnace, this burner being fed with a mixture of oxidizer and fuel, the oxidizer containing more than 21 vol % and preferably more than 30 vol % oxygen.
