摘要: A combustor includes a combustion pipe, a gas introduction pipe, and an igniter. The gas introduction pipe is connected at one end of the gas introduction pipe to the combustion pipe, and the one end has a gas outlet through which ammonia and oxidized gas flow to the combustion pipe. The gas introduction pipe protrudes toward an inside of the combustion pipe through an insertion hole of the combustion pipe in a tangential direction to an inner peripheral surface of the combustion pipe so that the gas outlet is accommodated in the combustion pipe. The gas introduction pipe has a cross-sectional area that is defined so that mixed gas of the ammonia and the oxidized gas flows to the combustion pipe through the gas outlet at a flow velocity of 3 m/s to 25 m/s relative to a flow rate of the mixed gas.

摘要: A burner for burning a hydrogen-containing fuel is equipped with a burner unit which comprises a fuel feed and a feed for a primary oxidant (oxygen) and which is accommodated in a feed for a secondary oxidant (air). A swirl device whose relative position with respect to the burner unit can be altered is provided in the feed for the secondary oxidant. The relative position of the burner unit and the swirl device may be controlled according to a composition of the fuel, in particular according to the water content thereof and the ratio of primary and secondary oxidant. The burner allows flexible adaptation of the burning to fuels of different composition, even during ongoing operation.

Also, a method of firing a combustion burner using hydrogen as the primary fuel, where hydrogen fuel, combustion air, and hydrocarbon fuel are injected into a mixing/combustion zone of the combustion burner such that the hydrocarbon fuel is heated prior to mixing with the combustion air.

摘要: The present application provides an atmosphere-adjustable multi-staged swirl ammonia burner, including a combustion structure, a tangential inflow structure, a secondary-air structure, and an ammonia adjustment structure. The combustion structure includes a swirl-flow pre-combustion chamber, a combustion housing, and a staged-flow adjustment assembly. The staged-flow adjustment assembly is configured to introduce staged airflows into the combustion chamber. The tangential inflow structure is configured to introduce air and fuel gas into the swirl-flow pre-combustion chamber. The secondary-air structure is disposed between the combustion housing and the tangential inflow structure. The ammonia adjustment structure extends through the tangential inflow structure to the combustion chamber and includes a branched inlet pipe and a central adjustment assembly. The branched inlet pipe is configured to introduce ammonia gas. The central adjustment assembly is configured to adjust a spray shape of the ammonia gas introduced from the branched inlet pipe.

摘要: A low NOx air heating swirl burner includes at least one burner unit, the burner unit comprising a combustion air duct, a fuel gas supply pipeline, a combustion nozzle and a fire protection baffle. The fire protection baffle comprises a fin and a base plate for generating swirl combustion air. The base plate includes a plurality of elongated holes and air guide blades disposed obliquely on air outlet sides of the elongated holes. The combustion air flows out of the elongated holes in the base plate of the fire protection baffle, generates a rotational flow under the action of the air guide blades to be strongly mixed with fuel gas sprayed from the combustion nozzle for combustion. The burner is in a modular form, which can adopt a corresponding splicing shape according to structural features of a heating space to meet the heating requirement.
