摘要: A method for two time-scales video stream transmission control is proposed, which mainly includes the following three steps. Firstly, a model-based long time-scale bandwidth trend extraction step is proposed to calculate a current bandwidth through a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) throughput model, and predict a trend of network bandwidth by using an Exponential Smooth Model (ESM) according to the calculated current bandwidth. Secondly, a short time-scale bandwidth fluctuation detection step is proposed to divide a network status into three categories and according to different network statuses, additively increase or multiplicatively decrease the estimated bandwidth. Thirdly, a target bit rate adjustment step based on two asymmetrical thresholds is proposed to set an up-threshold and a down-threshold of bandwidth to avoid frequently adjusting a target bit rate of an encoder. The method can satisfy the requirements of TCP-friendliness, real-time, and smoothness for the video transmission.

摘要: The present invention relates to novel compounds that are useful as ligands in organometallic dyes. More particularly, the invention relates to dyes comprising the compounds, said dyes being sensitizing dyes useful in solar cell technology. According to an embodiment, the present invention discloses new ruthenium dyes and their application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC). The referred ruthenium dyes with new structural features can be easily synthesized, show more than 85% light-to-electricity conversion efficiency and a higher than 9% cell efficiency.

摘要: Systems and methods may provide for obtaining or implementing augmented reality information. A logic architecture may be employed to detect a low acceleration condition with respect to an image capture device. The logic architecture may select data from a video associated with the image capture device in response to the low acceleration condition. The logic architecture may also use the data to obtain augmented reality information for the video. Additionally, the logic architecture may modify the video with the augmented reality information, or may display the video with the augmented reality information.

摘要: A method and system for device detection in a 2D medical image. In order to account for shape variation of a 3D object in a 2D imaging plane, a hierarchical tree-structured array of trained classifiers is used to detect a 3D object, such as a pigtail catheter in a 2D medical image, such as a fluoroscopic image. The hierarchical tree-structured array of trained classifiers increases a dimensionality of the search space with each hierarchical level, and as the search space is increased, the classification is split into object sub-classes using trained classifiers independently trained for each sub-class.

A multivariate curve regression is used for periodic, phase dependent motion modeling. 摘要: The disclosure provides a data source searching system and a method adapted for the system. The system includes a number of cloud servers which store data. The system acquires creation time of the data in each cloud server in response to a command for searching data source of the data. A time zone of each cloud server is acquired. The system compares all creation time of the data in all cloud servers based on the time zones to determine which creation time of the data is in fact the earliest among all compared cloud servers and regards the cloud server which stores the data whose creation time is the earliest as the data source of the data.

摘要: A digital predistortion processing method and device, the method comprises: performing digital predistortion processing on a baseband signal according to a first predistortion correction parameter, converting the baseband signal after digital predistortion processing into a radio-frequency signal, dividing the radio-frequency signal, and respectively outputting each path of radio-frequency signal to a distinct power amplifier; and, coupling and outputting the radio-frequency signal output by each power amplifier to a feedback link for combination to obtain a combined signal, and performing conversion processing on the combined signal; and generating a predistortion correction parameter according to the combined signal after conversion processing and the baseband signal before digital predistortion processing, and updating the first predistortion correction parameter to a second predistortion correction parameter.
