摘要： An edge based routing (EBR) software instance configured on a device for a multi-transport network architecture is disclosed, the edge based routing device including an edge based routing core having a processor configured for providing service model based data services and utility functions; a client application programming interface configured for receiving producer application data and for outputting consumer application data; and a proxy application programming interface configured for establishing network layer path selection connectivity between producer applications and consumer applications as a function of network conditions and/or capabilities.
