    Abstract: An observation platform comprises a first computer system associated with an organization, a first communication device associated with a first user, a second communication device communicatively and a second computer system both communicatively coupled with the first computer system The second computer system receives: via the first computer system and the first communication device, a signal with a characteristic corresponding to an audible source; and from the first computer system, context information at least in part from a speech to text analysis of the characteristic, where the context information represents one or more attributes of the first user and comprises a query about the organization made by the first user. The second computer system compiles a response to the query relative to the organization and responds via the first computer system and the second communication device, to the first communication device regarding the query based on the compiled response.

    Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method for a network controller operating on a host machine that hosts a particular one of multiple centralized routing components for a logical router. The method receives a routing table from a routing protocol application operating on the host machine. Each of the other centralized routing components operates on a different host machine and implements a different interface of the logical router that connects to at least one physical router external to the logical network. The routing protocol application operates as a router server for all of the centralized routing components. For each of the other centralized routing components, the method identifies a set of routes in the routing table to distribute to the centralized routing component. The method sends the identified routes for each centralized routing component to the centralized routing component.

    Abstract: Techniques for a hub node, provisioned in a site of a hub and spoke overlay network, to receive, store, and/or forward network routing information associated with a spoke, and send packets directly to spoke(s) that are remote from the hub node. A first hub node may receive a network advertisement including a border gateway protocol (BGP) large community string from a first spoke local to the first hub node. The first hub node may send the BGP large community string to a second hub node remote from the first hub node. The second hub node may decode network routing information from the BGP large community string and store the network routing information locally. The second hub node may send a packet from a second spoke local to the second hub node directly to the first spoke without the data packet being routed via the first hub node.

    Abstract: Techniques are described for determining one or more outlier logical paths in a computer network. A cloud-based network management system stores path data received from a plurality of network devices operating as network gateways for an enterprise network, the path data collected by each network device of the plurality of network devices for one or more logical paths of a physical interface from the network device over a wide area network (WAN). The network management system compares the path data for the plurality of logical paths to determine one or more outlier logical paths out of the plurality of logical paths. The network management system, in response to determining the one or more outlier logical paths, output a notification indicative of the one or more outlier path data out of the plurality of logical paths.
