Abstract: Medical devices and related methods are described, including a medical device that includes a tubular assembly including a plurality of tubes. Each tube of the plurality of tubes may be configured to be coupled to a vacuum source to deliver negative pressure to a distal end of each respective tube of the plurality of tubes. The medical device may further include a porous assembly including a plurality of sections and may be coupled to a distal end of the tubular assembly. Each section of the plurality of sections may be coupled to a respective tube of the plurality of tubes.

Abstract: A clip for reducing a dimension of an opening in tissue may include a continuous member having a plurality of legs and a plurality of preformed bends connecting adjacent legs, wherein the plurality of legs form: a first group having two protrusions; a second group having two protrusions; and a third group having two protrusions, wherein each protrusion of each group includes two legs of the continuous member and a corresponding preformed bend connecting the two legs, and each protrusion of each group extends from a region adjacent a first end of the clip to a region adjacent a second end of the clip.

Abstract: An ostomy system includes an adapter. The adapter includes a body defined via a first surface configured to be positioned. When the adapter is in an operative configuration, facing toward a skin of a living body, and a second surface configured to be positioned when the adapter is in the operative configuration, facing away from the skin, an opening extending through the body from the first surface to the second surface, the opening being configured so that, when adapter is in the operative configuration, the body is positioned relative to a stoma such that a portion of the stoma is received within the opening, the body including a chamber configured to receive an odor-absorbing filter and a channel extending between the opening and the chamber to facilitate odor-absorption from intestinal contents passing through the opening into the chamber.

Abstract: A device may include a catheter and a support tube. The catheter includes a lumen extending therethrough. The catheter is sized and shaped to extend through an endoscopic shaft to a target tissue within a living body. The lumen is sized and shaped for receiving a puncturing device therethrough. The catheter includes a first catheter portion distal to a second catheter portion. The first and second catheter portions are formed from different materials. The first catheter portion has a flexible curved distal end. The tube is fixed about an outer surface of a proximal end of the first catheter portion and an outer surface of a distal end of the second catheter portion.
