摘要： A medical device may comprise: a handle including an actuator, an end container configured to be coupled to a distal end of another medical device, the end container including a cavity including a movable portion, at least one channel, and a distal opening; a control element coupling the actuator to the movable portion of the end container. A proximal movement of the actuator may move the movable portion of the end container proximally within the cavity of the end container. The cavity may be configured to hold a fluid, and the proximal movement of the movable portion is configured to apply a compressive force to the fluid so that the fluid is expelled distally through the distal opening.

摘要： A device includes a flexible sheath, a member, an expansion device, and a therapeutic patch. The sheath has a length selected to extend from a distal end which, when the device is in operative configuration, is adjacent to the target site, to a proximal end. The member extends through the sheath from a proximal end to a distal end. The expansion device is coupled to and extends distally from a distal end of the member. The patch is wrapped around the expansion device and forced radially outward into contact with and adhere to a first target portion of tissue when the expansion device is moved to deployed configuration. The expansion device is movable, after the patch has been adhered to the portion as desired, from deployed configuration to insertion configuration to separate the patch from the expansion device leaving the patch in a desired position adhered to the portion.

摘要： A device includes a body and a clipping mechanism including first and second clipping members. At least the first member is rotatably coupled to a distal end of the body so that the mechanism transitions between Closed State, in which distal ends of the members are in abutting contact, and Open State, in which the first member is rotated away from the second member to allow an adhesive material to be extended distally past the distal ends. A working channel of the device is formed in the body and components of the mechanism. The channel extends longitudinally through the device so that the material passes into a proximal end of the channel, through the channel, and distally past the distal ends when the mechanism is in Open State, whereupon the mechanism transitions into Closed State and a portion of the material severed and applied to target.
