    摘要: A film stretching system having the following features: a stretching oven having a plurality of treatment zones through which a plastic foil film can be guided from a feed side to an outlet side through the stretching oven in the drawing-off direction, supply air can be supplied to the respective treatment zone and exhaust air can be discharged therefrom, the ventilation system for the treatment zones is constructed in such a way that exhaust air extracted from the last treatment zone in the drawing-off direction of the plastic foil film is supplied to at least two upstream treatment zones in the drawing-off direction of the plastic foil film, wherein a volume fraction of the exhaust air extracted from the last treatment zone is supplied to only one of the at least two treatment zones and another volume fraction is supplied to only one other of the at least two treatment zones.

    摘要: An improved linear-motor-operated conveying system is distinguished, inter alia, by the following features: the conveyed web can be fixed to the nipper part, as a result of which a conveyed web plane is defined, said film plane being arranged at a height with respect to the motor working side of the single linear motor drive or of the more powerful linear motor drive in the case of two linear motor drives, and said height being less than or equal to the length of the secondary parts on the conveying parts; the conveying system comprises either a) only one linear motor drive provided beneath the conveying part, or b) only one linear motor drive provided above the conveying part, or c) one linear motor drive arranged beneath and one arranged above the conveying part, the upper linear motor drive and/or the associated control system being configured in such a manner that the upper linear motor drive can only be operated with a maximum power of 75% in relation to the maximum power of the lower linear motor drive.

    摘要: A film winding system (1) for a film stretching unit (110) comprises a film entry area (3) through which a film web (2) to be wound can be fed to the film winding system (1). A first winding station (4) is configured in a winding position to wind the film web (2) into a film bale (5). A contact roller (6) and a measuring roller (8) are provided, the contact roller (6) being arranged adjacent to the first winding station (4) in the winding position and being configured to guide the film web (2) to the first winding station (4). The measuring roller (8) is arranged before the contact roller (6) in the movement direction of the film web (2) and is configured to guide the film web (2) to the contact roller (6). A first adjustment device (10) is provided and configured to move the measuring roller (8) relative to the contact roller (6) along a travel path in such a way that a degree of wrapping over which the film web (2) covers the contact roller (6) can be varied.
