    摘要: An auto-fill type float collar assembly is provided. The float collar assembly of the present invention has at least one curved flapper-style valve, preferably constructed of composite, non-metallic material. Each flapper of the present invention has a substantially 90° range of motion, and is closed via a torsion spring. Each flapper is held in the open (or “auto-fill”), position via an external shifting mechanism passing around, rather than through, the central flow bore of the assembly. A floatable actuation ball can be run with the tool, or pumped downhole, in order to selectively actuate the assembly and close the flappers when desired.

Particularly, the present invention relates to a single-direction plug for use with cementing applications and with drilling with casing applications. One embodiment comprises a cement plug for installation in a wellbore casing. The plug includes a body and gripping members for preventing movement of the body in a first axial direction relative to the casing. The plug further comprises a sealing member for sealing a fluid path between the body and the casing. The plug is movable in a second axial direction with fluid pressure but is not movable in the first direction due to fluid pressure.

    摘要: A heating and cooling ventilation system includes an enclosure including a plurality of walls and a nose plate that are interconnected to enclose an interior volume of the enclosure. An air inlet opening, and a plurality of air outlet openings extending through the nose plate, are in fluid communication with the interior volume. At least one or more heat exchangers and a blower are disposed within the interior volume. At least one airflow damper plate is associated with one of the plurality of air outlet openings and is adjustable relative to said one air outlet opening to thereby adjust an amount of airflow passing through said one air outlet opening. In various examples, the heat exchanger(s) are hydronic and/or utilize other heat transfer fluids in a variety of configurations, and at least one airflow damper plate is adjustable from an exterior of the enclosure, and/or the nose plate is interchangeable.
