摘要： A latch catch has a pair of rotors 24, 25 and a pair of spring biased spreader plates 30,31 that bear stops 30', 31' which straddle the rotors. Springs 33 bias the spreader plate stops 30', 31' towards a position stopping the rotors from moving to their unlatched positions. Hand levers 40, 41 are provided for manually forcing the spreader plate stops to a position allowing the rotors to move to their unlatched positions.

摘要： There is disclosed an anti-sag hinge (10) which includes a mounting flange assembly (12) pivotally coupled to a strap assembly (15). The mounting flange assembly includes a mounting flange (16) having four mounting holes (17) therethrough. The strap assembly includes a strap (31) extending from a cylinder portion (32). The strap includes four elongated mounting holes (42), a screw adjustment flange (43) having a threaded screw hole (44) therein. The strap also includes a moveable adjustment bracket (50) mounted for lateral movement relative to the underlying strap. The adjustment bracket also includes an adjustment screw mounting flange (52), a adjustment screw (53) extending through an adjustment bracket mounting hole (54) and threaded into screw adjustment flange screw hole. Lastly, the adjustment bracket includes four mounting holes (56) extending therethrough and generally in alignment with strap elongated mounting holes (42).

摘要： A lockable strike for walk-in cold rooms includes a housing that includes a recessed well with openings positioned on opposing sides thereof to accept a locking device therethrough and a deadbolt moveably engaged therein to reciprocally move along a path of travel between an extended position and a retracted position with respect to the housing; and a knob rotatably mounted within the recessed well and having an opening through a handle thereof positioned relative to the openings in the housing to further accept the locking device therethrough thereby preventing the rotation of the knob in a first position, wherein the handle can engage the locking device when it is inserted through the openings in the housing thereby preventing the rotation of the knob in a second position, and the knob is in communication with the deadbolt to move the deadbolt between the extended position and the retracted position when the knob is rotated.

摘要： An anti-sag hinge is disclosed that provides an adjustment plate to facilitate alignment of a commercial refrigerator or freezer door to an associated cabinet. The invention includes a strap assembly and a mounting flange that cooperate to effect opening and closing of the door. The adjustment plate of the preferred hinge cooperates with either of strap assembly or the mounting flange to permit internal adjustment of the door relative to the cabinet.
