    摘要: A single-layer dual-band antenna with circular polarization is disclosed. The antenna includes a first radiator formed on the top surface of a substrate and electrically coupled to a feeding element, and a second radiator formed on the top surface of the substrate, spaced apart from the first radiator by a predetermined distance and electromagnetically coupled with the first radiator. The antenna is thin because it has a single-layer structure. Furthermore, there is no deterioration in the radiation characteristic due to interference between the radiators. Moreover, impedances of the radiators can be independently matched at their frequency bands by adjusting the position of a feed point and the relative position of the radiators.

    摘要: The present invention relates to brushing the teeth, and more particularly, to a method for moving a toothbrush in a top down manner for the upper teeth and in a bottom up manner for the lower teeth. For this purpose, the mechanical toothbrush of the present invention is configured such that a handle of the toothbrush is closed/opened similar to one exercising with a hand gripper (an exercise tool for increasing grip strength), so as to convert the linear motion of a rack gear into a rotating motion, and thus enable the toothbrush to rotate from 0 to 180 degrees, and the rotating direction of the toothbrush can be changed using the rack gear and a rotation-converting frame. A tension spring is connected to a rotating shaft such that a toothed wheel of the rotating shaft is prevented from escaping from the rack gear, and the rotating shaft is fixed at the rotation-converting frame. The handle and the rack gear return to the original positions thereof by means of the elasticity of a torsion spring. A toothbrush-fixing frame enables the toothbrush to be conveniently replaced, and supports the toothbrush such that the toothbrush does not vibrate.

    摘要: A method of forming an SiC or SiC/Si3N4 coating layer on a bare graphite substrate via a solid-vapor process is disclosed. Synthesis of the SiC coating layer on the graphite substrate is accomplished by reaction of SiO vapor and carbon (C) of the graphite, and that of the SiC/Si3N4 coating layer is accomplished by reaction of SiO vapor, N2 and C of the graphite. Thickness of the SiC coating layer is affected by porosity of the graphite substrate, reaction temperature, and dwell time. By controlling the reaction temperature, hardness of the SiC coating may be increased to 10-15 times that of the bare graphite substrate. The SiC/Si3N4 coating is much thinner than the SiC coating and has a higher surface hardness. Thermal oxidation tests show that the SiC or SiC/Si3N4 coated substrate exhibits improved oxidation resistance over bare substrates. In particular, the SiC/Si3N4 coated substrate shows outstanding resistance to thermal oxidation.
