摘要： The present invention relates to a display panel having a display region and a non-display region, comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate oppositely provided and a layer of liquid crystal molecule located between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate each are provided with an alignment film at a position corresponding to the display region, and each are provided with a sealant region for applying sealant at a position corresponding to the non-display region, wherein: the sealant region on a surface of the first substrate facing the liquid crystal molecule layer is provided with a first raised layer by which the sealant region of the first substrate is higher than the display region thereof; and the sealant region on a surface of the second substrate facing the liquid crystal molecule layer is provided with a second raised layer by which the sealant region of the second substrate is higher than the display region thereof. The above display panel has improved display quality and has a narrow border at the same time.

A limiting portion surrounding a display region is disposed in a non-display region of the opposing substrate. A non-display region of the array substrate includes a loosely-arranged wire region surrounding a display region and a densely-arranged wire region surrounding the loosely-arranged wire region. The layer height of the array substrate in the densely-arranged wire region is greater than that of the array substrate in the loosely-arranged wire region. The projection of the sealant on the opposing substrate is located outside the limiting region and the projection of the sealant on the array substrate is located in the densely-arranged wire region.

摘要： The invention is directed to a mask plate, an exposure system comprising a mask plate and an exposing method. The mask plate comprises a light transmitting region, a light shielding region, and a light reflecting region for reflecting exposure light to the light shielding region, with the pattern of the light from the transmitting region and reflecting region corresponding to the pattern of the region exposed to a first and a second substrate respectively. When exposure light irradiates on the mask plate, it passes through the light transmitting region and exposes the first substrate. The light reflecting region reflects the exposure light to a principal reflection structure which further reflects the light for exposing the second substrate. The first and second substrate may be exposed via the same mask plate to minimize waste of exposure light to save production time and efficiency.
