摘要: A method for testing the lumbar spine performance of a crash test dummy includes the following steps: selecting a lumbar spine performance test item; collecting data of at least one preset physical quantity during the collision process between the pendulum and the energy-absorbing buffer block through sensors on the lumbar spine assembly; determining whether the data of each preset physical quantity is within the corresponding data channel; if the data of each preset physical quantity is within the corresponding data channel, the lumbar spine assembly is deemed qualified for the current lumbar spine performance test item. This disclosure evaluates the quality of the lumbar spine performance of crash test dummies, allowing only those with better lumbar spine performance to participate in crash tests, and therefore improving the consistency and accuracy of different crash test dummies' response in crash tests.

摘要: A method for impact test on a lower abdomen of a vehicle crash test dummy includes: controlling an arc-shaped hammer head to impact a lower abdomen of a preset dummy at a preset speed; obtaining displacements from a displacement sensor, wherein the displacements are generated by the lower abdomen of the preset dummy and the arc-shaped hammer head during the impact; obtaining a pressure from a pressure sensor, wherein the pressure is borne by the lower abdomen of the preset dummy during the impact; and determining, based on the displacements and the pressure, whether the preset dummy satisfies a biological simulation standard. The method is capable of testing whether the current dummy satisfies the biological simulation standard, so as to ensure the accuracy of test data in subsequent vehicle crash tests using the dummy.

摘要: A method for measuring a relationship between crash dummy chest compression and a safety belt load, includes: controlling, when a dummy is fixed in a preset posture on a fixed bed in a test platform via a safety belt in a safety belt restraint apparatus, a chest cover plate in the test platform to move so as to maintain a preset relative position between the chest cover plate and the dummy; controlling an impact apparatus to pull the safety belt in each pulling force to be measured, and determining a target displacement value of each measuring point on the dummy and a target pulling force between the impact apparatus and the safety belt after a first preset duration; and determining a target pulling force-displacement curve corresponding to each measuring point according to each target displacement value and each target pulling force.

摘要: Disclosed are a tool and a method for measuring a parallelism and an angle of a shank skeleton of a vehicle crash dummy. The tool includes: a fixation seat, where a magnetic fastener is arranged on the fixation seat and configured to mount a shank U-shaped member; and a movement assembly that is configured to drive a measurement assembly to move, so as to change a relative position of a measurement end of the measurement assembly and the shank U-shaped member. The condition that the measurement assembly directly comes into contact with the shank U-shaped member, and damages a surface of the shank U-shaped member is avoided while making an entire measurement process more convenient.
