摘要: A method for calibrating a chest of a vehicle crash dummy, includes: controlling, under each preset test condition, a pressing apparatus to press down a chest of a target crash dummy with a target pressing speed and a target pressing distance corresponding to the preset test condition, obtaining an actual force-displacement curve under each preset test condition, obtaining a standard force-displacement curve of a chest of a standard crash dummy under each preset test condition, and determining, according to the actual force-displacement curve and the standard force-displacement curve under each preset test condition, whether the chest of the target crash dummy satisfies a biological simulation standard. Through collecting information under various preset test conditions, various complicated conditions of impact on the chest can be more effectively simulated in a crash test by using the method, which improves the accuracy of determining the biological simulation standard.

摘要: The present disclosure provides molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies and a catalyst thereof. A preparation method for the molecular sieves include the following steps: mixing a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali R with an aluminum source and a silicon source to obtain a sol-gel precursor, putting the sol-gel precursor into a closed hydrothermal synthesis reactor for reaction, filtering the reaction solution, washing, drying, and calcination to obtain the molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies. The molecular sieves and the catalyst thereof can be directly synthesized under mild conditions with a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali as a structure-directing agent and a phosphorus source, have a pH value of 6-9 and low requirements for corrosion resistance of production devices, and are suitable for large-scale production.

摘要: An automatic modeling method for a user-defined vehicle controller includes: configuring a component model; generating a description file; summarizing component input and output signals/parameters; and creating the user-defined vehicle controller. A template and data required by the user is provided to automatically build a vehicle controller port model, and a vehicle controller policy model framework to assist the user to quickly and flexibly build the vehicle controller model is provided. The problem of low efficiency in building various user-defined vehicle controller models for different vehicle types is solved. The user develops a vehicle controller policy model under the given model framework, and the model can run directly without additional configuration of port signals. The user can modify the vehicle controller policy model online in real time, which solves the problem that the application configuration of the vehicle controller is complex and cannot be updated online in real time.

摘要: A method for building a vehicle crash dummy skull model, includes: building an original skull model according to computed tomography scan data of a human skull; inserting a new first node according to a distance between adjacent first nodes on a hole boundary contour line, to obtain a target contour line; inserting a plurality of second nodes into holes according to the target contour line to obtain an intermediate boundary contour line; forming triangular nets according to the nodes on the target contour line and the intermediate boundary contour line; and with the intermediate boundary contour line as a new target contour line, returning to the operation of inserting a plurality of second nodes until the number of nodes of a final target contour line is less than or equal to a preset value. This embodiment is conducive to building of a skull model with a smooth cranial surface.

Wherein step 3 is to inject the mixed filler into the inner cavity of the mold so as to be foamed in the mold to form foamed sponge, and stand until the foamed sponge is foamed to the exhaust port and does not overflow any more.

The method can truly, accurately and effectively construct a performance limit value of a dummy part under various impact tests.
