Abstract: A casing hanger and annulus sealing device running tool for deepwater drilling and a method for using the same. The running tool includes a spindle connected to a hollow suspension structure via a torque transmission structure, one end of the spindle slidably passes through a hollow piston, the suspension structure rotates with the spindle and slide along the piston, the inner cavity of the torque transmission structure communicates with that of the suspension structure to form a piston cavity; the piston cavity and the piston form a hydraulic piston structure; and one end of the suspension structure away from the torque transmission structure can rotatably hook to and lift upward to release the annulus sealing device, and one end of the piston away from the torque transmission structure can radially expand to hook to the casing hanger and can radially contract to release the casing hanger.

Abstract: The present application provides a method, a device, and a system of vibration reduction control on the installation of a deepwater drilling riser. The method includes: determining a lateral vibration displacement of each position of the riser at different times in an installation process according to a mechanical model of the deepwater drilling riser in the installation process, determining a stress generated by a lateral vibration of the riser in the installation process, determining a vibration reduction control speed applied to a bottom of the riser in the installation process according to the stress and the lateral vibration displacement of each position of the riser at different times in the installation process, and performing a vibration reduction control on the bottom of the riser based on the vibration reduction control speed.

Abstract: The present application provides an underwater-wellhead feeding tool assembly and a use method thereof. The device controls a controller to add pressure to an inside of a drive cylinder through a first pipeline via a first port, and to add pressure to a cavity apace between a pressure-bearing cylinder and the drive cylinder through a first branch line; the controller controls, through a third branch line, the drive device to transmit a torque to the underwater wellhead feeding tool, and transmit, through a second branch line, an axial force to the underwater wellhead feeding tool; and then a sensing component transmits a detected stress signal and/or strain signal to a data acquisition device through a test lead, thereby testing and analyzing an effect of different force field conditions on mechanical behaviors and performance of the underwater wellhead feeding tool.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the well drilling field in the petroleum industry, particularly to film former used for coal-bed gas well drilling and preparation method thereof, drilling fluid and usage thereof. The preparation method of the film former includes: (1) controlling polycaprolactone diol and diisocyanate to have a first polymerization reaction in the presence of a polyurethane catalyst, to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer with two ends blocked by diisocyanate; (2) controlling the product of the first polymerization reaction to have a chain extension reaction with a polyalcohol; (3) controlling the product of the chain extension reaction and one part of hydroxyalkyl acrylate monomer to have an additive reaction, and then introducing the other part of hydroxyalkyl acrylate monomer and a styrene monomer, and emulsifying in water to obtain an emulsion; (4) mixing a radical initiator with the emulsion to have a second polymerization reaction.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petrochemical industry, in particular to use of dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant as amphiphobic wettability reversal agent in drilling fluid. The dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant is a dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant of which the cation part is represented by the following formula (1). The dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant of the present invention can serve as wettability reversal agent when it is used for oil-gas drilling to enable rock amphiphobic, and is an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent which can cause rock surface to be non-hydrophilic and non-lipophilic. Using of dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant, especially when drilling highly hydrous mud shale, can avoid permeation of water and oil into the rock effectively and thereby a capillary phenomenon can be prevented, and an effect of stabilizing the well wall and protecting the reservoir is attained.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a nano-hybrid lubricant and method thereof, and oil-based drilling fluid. The lubricant comprises: graphite oxide and a biquaternary ammonium salt compound of which the cation part is represented by formula (1). The present invention also provides a method for preparation of the lubricant and an oil-based drilling fluid containing the lubricant. The lubricant provided in the present invention can be comprehended as a nano-hybrid material. Thus, oil-based drilling fluids that contain the lucbricant provided in the present invention have lower lubrication coefficient and excellent lubricating property without or with little negative impact on rheological property of the oil fluid, and the lubricant provided in the present invention has excellent thermostability thus suitable for use in operation at a high temperature.

The composition provided in the present invention can be used as an additive in a solid-free brine drilling fluid, so that the brine drilling fluid obtains advantages of a high penetration rate and a low residue rate.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petrochemical industry, and discloses a drilling fluid additive composition comprising a nano-plugging agent, a bionic wall bracing agent, a bionic shale inhibitor, an emulsifier, and an amphiphobic wettability reversal agent, wherein, the nano-plugging agent is modified silicon dioxide nano-particle, and its modifying group includes a modifying copolymer chain; the bionic wall bracing agent is carboxymethyl chitosan with a dopamine-derived group grafted on its main chain; the bionic shale inhibitor is composed of structural units of arginine and structural units of lysine; and the amphiphobic wettability reversal agent is a dual-cation fluorocarbon surfactant. The present invention further provides a pseudo oil-based drilling fluid suitable for horizontal shale gas wells containing the above composition. When the water-based drilling fluid contains the drilling fluid additive composition provided in the present invention, the water-based drilling fluid would have high temperature-resistance, high plugging and high inhibition performance, is environment friendly, especially have high density, and is especially suitable for horizontal shale gas well mining.
