The method comprises the steps of: providing a database for storing a default directory tree having a plurality of nodes, contents of each node, and logical regulations among the nodes; reading the contents of each node, and putting the contents into each node of the default directory tree; dragging a node from a source address to a destination address; determining whether logical relations between the dragged node and the other nodes accord with the logical regulations; generating a rearranged directory tree if the logical relation between the dragged node and the other nodes accord with the logical regulations, and for putting the contents into corresponding nodes of the rearranged directory tree. A related system is also disclosed.

The method includes the steps of: receiving new risk clauses, the new risk clauses being created based upon potential market risks; receiving a selection of risk clauses, searching for contract clauses in a contract clause database based on the categories of the selection of risk clauses thereby yielding identified contract clauses, and selecting disadvantageous contract clauses from the identified contract clauses; finding disadvantageous contracts containing one or more of the disadvantageous contract clauses in an existing contract database; generating a report listing the disadvantageous contracts; transmitting each of the disadvantageous contracts in the report to a corresponding offer accepter; determining by the corresponding offer accepter whether there is a need to modify the disadvantageous contract; creating new contracts by updating the disadvantageous contract clauses of the existing contract with the selection of risk clauses correspondingly if there is a need to modify the disadvantageous contract. 摘要： A method for comparing text data reads two patent documents comprising varying text sections. The method compares characters of a first text section in a first patent document with a corresponding second text section in a second patent document, and acquires a same sub-character string that has a maximum matching length and matching positions of the first and second text sections. The method marks characters before the matching positions of the first and second text sections as different characters. The method displays a comparison result list of the comparison between the first patent document and the second patent document on a display device.
