    Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable media for dynamic control of the distribution of user equipment (UE's) over multiple Radio Access Network (RAN) partners include receiving analytics at a customer application function from a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) application function, the analytics based on monitoring a dynamic traffic status of one or more nodes servicing a subscriber device, receiving negotiated service rate plans from a plurality of mobile network operator (MNO) networks, and determining one or more policies managing a traffic distribution of subscriber devices within the plurality of MNO networks. The method also includes dynamically switching telecommunications traffic by sending instructions to the subscriber device to modify a prioritized list of the plurality of MNO networks in accordance with the one or more policies.

    Abstract: Presented herein are techniques to facilitate user equipment (UE) to UE communications in a mobile network environment. In one example, a method may include provisioning a UE route selection policy (URSP) for each of a first UE and a second UE, wherein each URSP provisioned for each of the first UE and the second UE comprises: a first token that identifies at least one network resource that is to be utilized for a session for each of the first UE and the second UE; and a second token associated with a quality of service (QoS) that is to be provided for each session. The first token can be used to establish a session for each of the first and second UE using the same at least network resource and each session can be provided a QoS level based on the second token.

    Abstract: Provided herein are techniques to facilitate radio access network sharing for a Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) environment. In one instance, a method may include obtaining, by a radio node of a shared RAN, home mobile network identifiers that are associated with a home access and mobility management function (AMF) in which the home mobile network identifiers are obtained from a first transit AMF that include first priority values and from a second transit AMF that include second priority values. The method may further include obtaining a control plane communication from a user equipment (UE) including a particular home mobile network identifier, identifying the first transit AMF or the second transit AMF that is associated with a highest priority value for the particular home mobile network identifier; and transmitting the communication to the identified transit AMF that is to proxy control plane communications between the UE and the home AMF.
