Abstract: The device comprises a variable cycle ratio modulator on which is applied a first input signal, an inverter-switch connected to the modulator output and on which is applied the second input signal, an integrator circuit connected to the inverter-switch, to a two-threshold comparator and to an inversion device, and a device for counting the signals from the comparator.
