Abstract: Provided are a battery, a manufacturing method and manufacturing system thereof and an electric device. The battery includes a case, a plurality of battery cells, and a fixation plate. In a first direction, the battery cells are sequentially arranged with side surfaces facing towards each other, and in a second direction, the battery cells are sequentially arranged with end surfaces facing towards each other. The fixation plate is disposed on at least one of the end surfaces of the plurality of battery cells for fixing the battery cells. In a third direction, the fixation plate connects the first portion of the case and connects the second portion. Each two of the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other. In the battery provided by the application, at least one end surface of the battery cell is provided with a fixation plate.

Abstract: The present application relates to a battery module. The battery module includes a battery group and an insulating plate. The battery group includes a bus bar and a plurality of battery units, each battery unit includes a tab which includes a connecting segment and a bending segment. The insulating plate includes a plurality of plate assemblies, and the adjacent plate assemblies are connected through a connecting plate. There is an obtuse angle between each plate assembly and the connecting plate connected thereto. Each connecting segment passes through a guiding groove, and the bending segment and the bus bar are fixed and connected. The guiding groove can adjust the altitude of the tab as it passes through the insulating plate. The bending segment can be connected to the bus bar, then the process requirements can be met with a small space, which improves the energy density of the battery module.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a battery module comprises a housing, a battery stack, a cover plate assembly, and a guiding component. The battery stack is disposed in a containing chamber of the housing. The cover plate assembly comprises a plate, a deformable plate and a module output, the plate is arranged to close the opening, the deformable plate is connected to the plate and is deformable in a thickness direction of the plate, the module output is connected to the plate and is disposed opposite to the deformable plate, the module output and the battery stack are electrically connected. The guiding component is disposed between the cover plate assembly and the battery stack, and comprises a guiding channel and an exhaust port, and the gas released after the first vent plate is opening flows to the deformable plate through the exhaust port and the guiding channel.
