Abstract: This application provides a negative electrode plate, a lithium metal battery, and an apparatus including the lithium metal battery. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a lithium-metal negative electrode disposed on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector, where a polymer protective film is disposed on a surface of the lithium-metal negative electrode away from the negative electrode current collector, the polymer protective film includes a citric acid copolymer, and a number-average molecular weight Mn of the citric acid copolymer is 10,000 to 1,000,000. In this application, a polymer protective film with high tensile strength, high puncture strength, high elongation, and high electrolyte holding capacity may be formed on the surface of the lithium-metal negative electrode in the negative electrode plate.

Abstract: This application provides a polymer current collector, a preparation method thereof, and a secondary battery, battery module, battery pack, and apparatus associated therewith. The polymer current collector provided in this application includes polymer film layers, where the polymer film layers include a first polymer film layer and a second polymer film layer, a resistivity of the first polymer film layer is denoted as ρ1, a resistivity of the second polymer film layer is denoted as ρ2, and the current collector satisfies ρ1>ρ2. The polymer current collector in this application can induce to deposit of lithium metal from a low conductivity side to a high conductivity side, avoiding risks of depositing lithium ions on the surface of the current collector and thereby increasing cycle life of lithium metal batteries.

Abstract: A negative-electrode plate, a preparation method thereof, and a secondary battery, a battery module, a battery pack, and an electric apparatus including such negative-electrode plate are provided. The negative-electrode plate includes an alkali metal layer and a polymer film layer provided on at least one surface of the alkali metal layer. Surface resistivity of the polymer film layer gradually increases in a thickness direction of the polymer film layer away from the alkali metal layer. When the negative-electrode plate is used in a secondary battery, lithium dendrites can be effectively inhibited.

Abstract: Provided are a non-aqueous electrolyte, a secondary battery, a battery module, a battery pack, and an electrical device. The non-aqueous electrolyte includes orthocarbonate, chain carbonate, cyclic carbonate, and lithium salt, a mass content of the orthocarbonate is 10% to 80%, and at least one of the chain carbonate or the cyclic carbonate is fluoride. A central carbon atom of the orthocarbonate is bonded to four oxygen atoms, each of which is further bonded to an alkyl or halogenated alkyl chain, which plays an electron attraction role for lone pair electrons of the oxygen atoms, and increases steric hindrance surrounding the oxygen atoms, weakening the capability of the oxygen atoms in binding to lithium ions, and facilitating SEI film formation dominated by anion decomposition.
