    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a current collector production apparatus for producing a current collector. The current collector includes a current collector substrate, a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector substrate. The current collector production apparatus includes an oven having a space where the current collector is to be heated, and a passivation ozone knife having a current collector injection port. The current collector injection port is configured to release ozone in such a manner that the ozone reacts with a surface material of the conductive layer, so as to form a passivation layer. The passivation ozone knife is disposed inside the oven. The current collector produced in the present disclosure can prevent HF in electrolyte from reacting with Al, so as to solve a problem of detachment of active material from the current collector and maintain the performance of lithium-ion battery.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a current collector, an electrode plate and a battery. The current collector includes an insulation layer and at least one conductive layer located on at least one surface of the insulation layer. The insulation layer is used to support the conductive layer, and the conductive layer is used to support an electrode active material layer. The conductive layer has a thickness of D2, and 300 nmD22 μm. The current collector further includes a protective layer provided on a surface of the conductive layer facing towards the insulation layer. The current collector according to the present disclosure can increase a short-circuit resistance in case of short circuit caused by the battery being abnormal, thereby resulting in protective effect on the conductive layer, and can also increase the bonding force between the insulation layer and the conductive layer, thereby increasing mechanical strength of the current collector.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a current collector, an electrode plate, and an electrochemical device. The current collector comprises: a support layer comprising opposite two surfaces along the thickness direction thereof; a conductive layer disposed on at least one of the two surfaces of the support layer; wherein the support layer comprises a support material selected from one or more of a polymer material and a polymer matrix composite material, and wherein the light transmittance T of the support layer is 0≤T≤98%. The method includes: compositing a first substrate and a first lithium strip to form a first composite lithium strip, and forming an obstruction using a second substrate between the first lithium strip and a compositing device, compositing the first composite lithium strip and an electrode plate to be supplied with lithium to form a lithium supplied composite electrode plate, during the compositing process, the first substrate in the first composite lithium strip is located at a side away from the electrode plate to be supplied with lithium, peeling and reeling the first substrate from the lithium supplied composite electrode plate, to form a lithium supplied electrode plate.
