    Abstract: A valve core for an electronic valve, which includes a valve head, and an armature. The valve head and the armature being connected to each other by means of a guide rod. The valve core is part of an electronic valve. The valve head and armature are connected by means of the guide rod, which reduces the cost for manufacturing the armature. The electronic valve includes an upper stator and a lower stator, an upper bearing and a lower bearing for guiding the guide rod, an elastic component for biasing the valve head, a sleeve surrounding the periphery of the armature, a bobbin which at least partially surrounds the sleeve, and a coil wound on the bobbin. The electronic valve of the present invention may be used as a compressed gas bypass valve of a turbocharged engine.

    Abstract: A linear drive apparatus including: a housing. Located inside the housing are an electric motor, a transmission gear, which meshes with an output gear on an output shaft of the electric motor, a gear shaft, and a linear motion assembly. The transmission gear is mounted on the gear shaft, the linear motion assembly is mounted to cooperate with the transmission gear, and converts rotational motion of the transmission gear to linear motion. An axis of the linear motion assembly is arranged in the same plane as an axis of the electric motor output shaft and an axis of the gear shaft. The linear drive apparatus has the advantages of a compact structure, small volume, light weight, and good heat dissipation.

    Abstract: A valve core assembly having: a guide rod; a ball bearing; a valve head provided with a first through hole at its bottom; and a fixing block provided with a second through hole at the bottom. A first end portion of said guide rod is inserted into the ball bearing, the first through hole of the valve head and the second through hole of said fixing block in sequence, and the first end portion of the guide rod is fixedly connected to the ball bearing and the second through hole of the fixing block respectively. The structure of the valve core assembly has good gas tightness, and can reduce the wear of the valve head.

    Abstract: A rotor for a brushless electric machine, having: a rotor core; a rotor shaft, installed inside the rotor core; multiple U-shaped holes are formed in the rotor core, each of the U-shaped holes including a first magnet installation hole, a second magnet installation hole and a hardening material filling hole formed by a bottom space of the U-shaped hole. A groove structure is formed on the rotor core forming a first surface of the hardening material filling hole, with the width of a groove opening of the groove structure being smaller than the width of the bottom of the groove. The rotor for a brushless electric machine provided in the present invention has the advantages of low internal magnetic circuit losses and a stable mechanical structure.
