Abstract: Provided is a folding packaging cooler box convertible from a box mode to an unfolding mode or vice versa, comprising: a box portion having a bottom portion, sidewall portions and joint portions configured to connect with one another and to form a single plane in the unfolding mode; and a cooling reinforcing portion configured to be inserted to the inside of the box and to form a hexahedron shape together with said box portion when said box portion is converted into the box mode, wherein said cooling reinforcing portion comprises a reinforcing bottom portion configured to form a lower surface and to face the bottom portion of the said box portion upon conversion into the box mode; reinforcing sidewall portions configured to connect with the said reinforcing bottom portion and to face the sidewall portions of said box portion; and reinforcing joint portions configured to join said reinforcing sidewall portions, to be folded to face itself and to be in close contact with the reinforcing sidewall portions, upon conversion into the box mode, and wherein said reinforcing bottom portion, said reinforcing sidewall portions and reinforcing joint portions form a single plane in the unfolding mode.

Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods for optimizing sorting and loading of packages are disclosed. An exemplary system includes a memory storing instructions and may include at least one processor configured to execute the instructions. The system may perform operations including receiving data comprising a plurality of package identifiers associated with a plurality of packages. The operations may include determining a plurality of block areas associated with delivery locations for the plurality of packages. The operations may further include determining a delivery route by determining a first set of routes, determining optimal combinations of the inputs for each set of routes and determining a shortest route associated with the optimal combinations. The operations may include determining an order in which to load each of the packages into a delivery vehicle. The operations may further include generating instructions for causing a device to display a visual representation of the loading order.

Abstract: Methods and systems for allocating cells of a sorting apparatus include associating, in a database, an identifier of the sorting apparatus with an identifier of a first container storing a first item of the purchase order, the purchase order including a second item stored in a second container; before associating the sorting apparatus with the second container, receiving an identifier of the first item; determining, in the database using the identifier of the first item, whether any cell of the sorting apparatus is associated with the purchase order; when no cell of the sorting apparatus is associated with the purchase order, associating, in the database, an identifier of a cell of the sorting apparatus with the identifier of the purchase order; and transmitting a first signal to a computer associated with a worker instructing placement of the first item in the cell.

The operations may also include maintaining a second data structure including a mapping between physical locations and product identifiers, receiving a request to provide a delivery time estimate, searching the second data structure to identify at least one physical location associated with the requested product, searching the first data structure to determine cutoff times associated with each of the at least one physical location, and returning, responsive to the request, a fast cutoff time selected from the cutoff times.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments are generally directed to computerized system for delivery wave scheduling. The methods may comprise at least: receiving, from a remote system, order information comprising a plurality of products and associated identifiers; determining fulfillment centers and delivery waves, from a plurality of delivery waves, for each product in the plurality of products, based on the associated identifier and the remote system; storing the determined delivery waves in association with the products in a database; determining that at least one delivery wave is associated with an earlier time period than a later delivery wave, and responsive thereto: modifying the database so that the products originally associated with the earlier delivery waves are associated with the later delivery wave; and forwarding computer instructions to at least one mobile device to generate a graphical user interface displaying the products and information associated with the second delivery wave.
