Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, devices, and methods for automated reagent storage within a cell processing system. In an embodiment, the present disclosure relates to a reagent vault system comprising a refrigeration unit for storing cell processing reagents, a rotating carousel configured to receive one or more fluid devices, the fluid devices configured to store the cell processing reagents, and at least one sensor for measuring at least one parameter of the reagent vault system.
