摘要： An apparatus and method in a heterogeneous wireless communication system reconnect a Mobile Station (MS) to a previously connected cell upon occurrence of a Radio Link Failure (RLF) in a current cell when a portion of a coverage of the second cell is included in a coverage of the first cell. A Mobile Station (MS) stores system information of a first Base Station (BS) of a first cell when performing handover from the first cell to a second cell. When changed system information of the first BS is received from a second BS of the second cell, the MS updates the stored system information using the changed system information. When detecting that a connection with the second cell is lost prior to a handover from the second cell, the MS performs reconnection to the first BS using the stored system information.

摘要： An apparatus and method in a heterogeneous wireless communication system reconnect a Mobile Station (MS) to a previously connected cell upon occurrence of a Radio Link Failure (RLF) in a current cell when a portion of a coverage of the second cell is included in a coverage of the first cell. A Mobile Station (MS) stores system information of a first Base Station (BS) of a first cell when performing handover from the first cell to a second cell. When changed system information of the first BS is received from a second BS of the second cell, the MS updates the stored system information using the changed system information. When detecting that a connection with the second cell is lost prior to a handover from the second cell, the MS performs reconnection to the first BS using the stored system information.

摘要： A method for forming a moving network group by a mobile relay station (MRS) in a mobile multi-hop relay (MMR) system is provided. The MRS determines whether a transportation means mounted with the mobile relay station is at a predetermined location derived from travel information. When a velocity information of the transportation means at the predetermined location is zero (0), the MRS determines whether to include a mobile station (MS) to the moving network group based at least partly upon a signal that the mobile station receives from the mobile relay station.

摘要： Group handover method and apparatus in a broadband wireless communication system which supports a mobile relay station are provided. A method of a serving base station for group handover of the mobile relay station includes when receiving a measurement report message from a relay station, determining whether the relay station is a mobile relay station of a simple type which forwards a signal; collecting handover related information of the mobile relay station and mobile terminals belonging to the mobile relay station, from pre-stored information; requesting handover of the mobile relay station and the mobile terminals by transmitting the collected handover related information to a target base station; and receiving a message indicating whether the handover of the mobile relay station and the mobile terminals is approved, from the target base station.

摘要： A method and an apparatus ensure efficient handover in a wireless communication system even when a User Equipment (UE) moves at a high speed. A serving eNB receives interference power information of an uplink (UL) signal and interference increase/decrease information of the UL signal from at least one adjacent eNB. an adjacent eNB, for which the received interference power information indicates that interference power of the UL signal is equal to or greater than a threshold value, is selected as a target eNB for a User Equipment (UE) among the at least one adjacent eNB. Whether handover of the UE is delayed is determined based on the interference increase/decrease information received from the target eNB. And if the handover of the UE is delayed, a handover parameter is transmitted to the UE to perform handover to the target eNB.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for handover in a broadband wireless communication system supporting a Mobile Relay Station (MRS) are provided. The method includes transmitting a Connection ID (CID) of Mobile Stations (MSs), the CIDs pre-allocated by a target BS, to the MSs; sending a resource allocation message comprising uplink resource allocation information for bandwidth request of the MSs, to the MSs; receiving a bandwidth request message which comprises security authentication information of each MS, from the MSs using an uplink resource allocated through the uplink resource allocation information; and aggregating bandwidth request messages of the MSs and sending a ranging request message comprising the security authentication information and bandwidth request information of the MSs to the target BS. Thus, the handover delay time, which is inevitable for the bandwidth request in the conventional connection set-up procedure, can be reduced, and the handover with the reliability guaranteed can be achieved by allowing the security related processing in the network re-entry procedure.

The subframes having the predefined different structures include a first type subframe including a synchronization signal and a Master Information Block (MIB), a second type subframe including the synchronization signal, a third type subframe including the synchronization signal and system information, a fourth type subframe including the synchronization signal, the MIB, and the system information, and a fifth type subframe including the system information.
