    摘要: A method for the mass production of human coagulation factor VII. The method includes a) providing an expression vector carrying i) a dihydrofolate reductase promoter devoid of one or more CCGCC repeat sequences from the GC-rich region thereof and a dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) gene operably linked thereto and ii) a cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter and a human coagulation factor VII gene operably linked thereto; b) obtaining a transformed a host cell line containing the expression vector; and c) culturing the transfected host cell in the presence of a dihydrofolate reductase inhibitor to select cells which express human coagulation factor VII with high efficiency; and d) adding sodium butyrate to the selected host cells.

    摘要: A rotary head drum of a magnetic recording/playback apparatus having a back yoke integrated with a ring collar. The head drum includes a rotatable shaft, an upper rotary drum and a lower stationary drum which are mounted on upper and lower parts of the rotatable shaft, respectively. The back yoke integrated with the ring collar is mounted about the rotatable shaft under the lower stationary drum. The ring collar maintains a predetermined gap between a motor stator and a motor rotor. The motor stator is mounted about the rotatable shaft under the back yoke and the motor rotor is mounted on a lower surface of the ring collar. The motor housing is mounted on a lower surface of the lower stationary drum and made of a plastic material for absorbing a vibration.

Also, the plate spring includes a guide portion formed on a lower surface thereof, the guide portion being in contact with the protrusion of the slant post base in order to support the adjusting screw, and a slant portion formed at an end of the guide portion, the slant portion being movably inserted in a hole formed at a vertical surface of the V-type stopper.

    摘要: The viewing angle of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) apparatus is expanded by means of a sampled light redirecting layer, In one embodiment, the sampled light redirecting layer is formed as a compensation layer disposed between a top polarizing plate and the rest of a liquid crystal display panel having a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween. The compensation layer includes at least two optical path changing patterns disposed in interleaved manner. The two optical path changing patterns have different refractive indexes. As a result of the different refractive indices and shapes of the at least two different optical path changing patterns some of the light rays sampled out of the output of the rest of a liquid crystal display panel are directed in a first direction by means of reflection or refraction and some are directed in a different second direction, thereby improving a side visibility of the display apparatus.
