The exhaust tube surrounds the intake tube and has an opening end and a closed end, wherein the opening end has a plurality of windward openings and a plurality of air-guiding openings. An exhaust channel is defined between the exhaust tube and the intake tube. A gap is defined between the closed end of the exhaust tube and the second end of the intake tube. The wind power generation device has an axial-flow type impeller and a generator, wherein the axial-flow type impeller is disposed at the narrow portion of the intake tube.

The pressure and temperature of an uprising gas in a compartment of the floating body is controlled by a floating assembly. A second set of air guiding tubes is located at the rear section and extended through the ailerons on the rear section. Each air guiding tube includes an air inlet and an air outlet. The air outlet includes a peripheral wall having a windward section and a guiding section. An air channel is formed between and in communication with the air inlet and the air outlet of each air guiding tube. A wind power generating assembly is mounted in each air channel.

An exhaust channel is formed between the inner and outer tubes, and the supporting member is disposed in the exhaust channel. The air intake and exhaust apparatus comprises an elevating member, a plurality of driving members and a cover plate. The elevating member has a connection block. The driving members are made of expandable material. The cover plate is rotatably coupled with the inner tube and has a connection portion. The connection portion abuts against the connection block when the driving members are not expanding. The connection portion of the cover plate disengages from the connection block when the driving members are expanding.
