Abstract:
A heat-dissipating structure includes a base seat, a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a heat pipe. The heat-dissipating fins are separated from each other by a predetermined distance, and each heat-dissipating fin has a base portion and at least one bending portion that is bent and extended upwards from one side of the base portion. The length of each bending portion is the same to or larger than the length of the base portion. The heat pipe is connected with the base seat, and at least one side of the heat pipe passing through the base portions of the heat-dissipating fins. Therefore, the present invention can obtain a perfect heat-dissipating coefficient and a better heat-dissipating efficiency by using the bending portion that is bent and extended upwards from one side of the base portion.

An interlayer is horizontally arranged in the lamp cover. The lamp cover is divided into a first space and a second space therein by the interlayer. A LED lamp assembly is disposed in the first space of the lamp cover. A power plug is disposed in the second space of the lamp cover. The power plug has a control circuit board in the second space. The control circuit board has an electronic element disposed thereon. A heat conducting tab protrudes from the interlayer of the lamp cover towards the second space. The heat conducting tab has a heat conducting surface corresponding to the electronic element to thermally contact with the electronic element.

The present invention provides a pressure gauge for measuring a pressure of a source. The pressure gauge includes a case, a flexible film, a magnetic device, a coil, a processor, and a screen. The case has a bore connecting the source. The coil is provided in the case. The flexible film is provided on an inner side of the case to cover the bore that the flexible film is expandable by the pressure of the source. The magnetic device is received in the case to be moved relative to the coil by the flexible film. The movement of the magnetic device causes the coil to generate an induced electromotive force, and the processor may find the gas pressure according to the induced electromotive force, and show it on the screen.

An enclosure structure of water heater is disclosed, which is readily assembled/disassembled and has an enhanced structural strength, including two opposite side panels having front and rear edges along which aluminum-extruded channels are integrally fixed to respectively receive opposite edges of a front panel and an opposite base plate and top and bottom cover boards respectively attached to upper and lower edges of the side panels to secure the front panel and the base plate in the channels of the side panels. Such a structure enhances simplification of assembling/disassembling the water heater enclosure and provides flexibility in modification of overall outside appearance of the water heater by replacing the side panels and the front panel to thereby eliminate troubles and inconveniences that are encountered in the conventional water heater enclosures.

The present invention provides a method of detecting water heater safety, wherein the water heater includes a blower and a combustor. The method includes starting the blower and detecting blower speed after a certain amount of time; comparing the blower speed with a first speed range, and then supplying gas to the combustor when the speed of the blower is within the first speed range, or providing an alarm when the blower speed is beyond the first speed range; detecting the speed of the blower again after the combustor heats water for a time; comparing blower speed with a second first speed range, and then supplying gas to the combustor when the blower speed is within the second speed range, or stopping gas when the blower speed is beyond the second speed range.

A combustor assembly of a water heater, which is provided between an air blower and a burner set to guide air from the air blower to the burner set, includes a first board, a second board and a third board stacked in sequence. Between the first board and the second board there is a first chamber and a first port, and between the second board and the first board there is a second chamber and a second port. The second board and the third board both have apertures. These boards restrict and divide an air flow of the air blower to flow along several paths to increase heat efficiency.
