    摘要: This invention relates to a structure for green nozzle, comprising of pressing body, spring body, fixing cover, piston, connecting rod, switch valve and cylinder wherein the output tube of the pressing body was originally inserted into the spring body, fixing cover, piston and is connected to the connecting rod, while the spring body is installed inside the round dented surface which was located at the upper part of the fixing cover, and the switch valve is inserted into the connecting rod from the lower part such that the cylinder is located at the inner lower part of the fixing cover and is further connected to a straw and installed inside a container, moreover, the fixing cover is installed at the opening of the container; through the structure and assembly of the above-mentioned components, there will be no metallic material component of spring body inside the cylinder, therefore, liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container will not get in contact with the spring body of metallic material, chemical change thus will not happen and environmental issue can be ignored, in addition, a simplest assembly can be used to reach the function of ejection of the liquid.

    摘要: This invention is related to an improved perfume pen assembly structure, constructed of a pen body serving as perfume container, the tubular container having an upper half section is formed with an annular, protruding support flange of a shrunk diameter for supporting a pump body provided beneath an atomizing nozzle, the pump body being secured to the support flange of the tubular container by means of a mounting cap, the mounting cap having a sealing diaphragm such that when the mounting cap is forced into the tubular container, the sealing diaphragm forms a seal with an inner wall of the tubular container so as to prevent perfume dissipation. The tubular container has an inner bottom edge that is formed with at least one protruding ring for engaging a groove formed at a corresponding location of an end cap thereby providing securing and sealing effects. The overall structure allows the perfume pen to accommodate various styles and enhances shaping variety. Modulated components further facilitate to reduce manufacturing cost.

    摘要: An improved sealing valve structure for liquid sprayers, in particular an improvement directed to an enclosed space formed in an interior of a valve of a manually operable sprayer or atomizer, essentially an improvement of the structure of a tightening valve and a movable valve, includes a tightening valve disposed below a compression chamber and capable of interaction with a movable valve, the tightening valve being integrally formed with a cylinder so that they are concentric and have enhanced durability to prevent loosening and failure of the tightening valve due to prolonged subjection to the action of the movable valve. An edge of an inner periphery of the tightening valve is provided with a projecting annular tightening end that achieves good tightness and smoothness during interaction with the movable valve so as to enhance their mutual tightness, stability and smoothness. The movable valve has a stepped pressure bearing portion, and a lower sleeve portion for receiving a spring to achieve a stable tension effect.

    摘要: A spray head includes a cap with an output and an insertion tube is in communication with the output. The cap is movably connected to a cylindrical member with a spring connected therebetween. The cylindrical member is connected with a main body and a suction tube connected to the main body is inserted into a container. An axle is connected to the cap and an end of the axle is moved to seal a mediate hole in the main body when pushing the cap to squeeze air in the cap and the insertion tube. When the cap is released, the second section of the axle is removed from the mediate hole and the liquid in the container is sucked into the insertion tube and can be squeezed out from the output.

    摘要: Leakage of liquid from a container having an atomizer of the type including a cylinder piston moveably mounted within a ring body and defining an annular air gap therebetween is prevented by providing the upper end of the ring body with an inwardly directed annular flange disposed in sealing and sliding engagement around the piston to prevent escape of fluid from the air gap due to inadvertent movement of the piston. The piston includes either a stepped diameter configuration or a plurality of circumferentially spaced longitudinal grooves which, when encountered by the flange after the piston has been intentionally moved a predetermined distance, permits air to flow through the air gap for dispensing liquid from the atomizer.
