As the control unit is provided between the first electrode and the test circuit, when the panel is subsequently tested, the control unit may provide the circuit control signal received by the first electrode to the test circuit under the control of the third electrode, so as to detect whether the panel is qualified by using the test circuit. During subsequent display, the control unit may be used to cut off the first electrode from the test circuit, and fundamentally cut off the connection between the first electrode, and the test circuit and a flexible printed circuit, so that a display abnormality does not occur even if the first electrode is short-circuited.

The present disclosure relates to a field of fabrication of liquid crystal display, and more particularly, provides a gate driving circuit, an array substrate, a display device and a driving method. For the problem that TSP signal acquisition of each frame is scanned at a fixed time such that dark lines might appear as viewed by human eyes, the present disclosure provides delay shift modules in at least two different positions, and controls whether they operate or not by a switch control module, an effect of staggering a predetermined time for which a panel suspends operation between adjacent frames is achieved. The present disclosure can stagger the predetermined time for which the touch screen panel suspends operation within adjacent odd and even frames, so as to solve the problem of the dark lines as viewed by human eyes.

A pixel circuit, an organic electroluminescent display panel and a display device are provided. The pixel circuit includes a luminous device (D1), a photosensitive device (P1), a drive control sub-module (1), a data write sub-module (2), a light-emitting control sub-module (3) and a touch detection sub-module (4). Upon the data write sub-module (2) being turned on, a data signal at the data signal terminal (Data) is transmitted to the drive control sub-module (1) by the data write sub-module (2). Upon the light-emitting control sub-module (3) being turned on, the light-emitting control sub-module (3) controls the drive control sub-module (1) to drive the luminous device (D1) to give off light, so as to achieve a display function. Upon the touch detection sub-module (4) being turned on, the touch detection sub-module (4) controls output of a touch detection signal from the drive control sub-module (1) to a touch signal read terminal. The touch detection signal is decreased as the light intensity irradiated onto the photosensitive device is increased, so as to achieve a touch detecting function. Touch and display functions are integrated in the pixel circuit, so that the production cost involved in arranging a display drive circuit and a touch circuit separately can be saved, and thickness of the display panel can be thinned as well.

In the array substrate, a pixel data storage circuit and a R/W control circuits for controlling the pixel data storage circuits are formed within a display region of the array substrate and read/write is realized by a R/W data line and a R/W control line extending into a non-display region of the array substrate. It can thereby avoid arranging GRAM in the data drive circuit, so as to reduce the size of the data drive circuit, which is beneficial to the light-weighting and thinning of the display device.
