The first electrode plate is electrically connected with the gate electrode of the driving transistor; an orthographic projection of the second electrode plate on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first electrode plate on the base substrate, and does not overlap with an orthographic projection of the channel region of the driving transistor on the base substrate.
