    摘要: An integrated-circuit yield improvement system includes a global signature analysis/grouping module configured to receive an integrated circuit (IC) design and identify areas in the IC design that include potential defect signatures based on the defect signatures stored in the defect signature library. The global signature analysis/grouping module can produce a global signature map indicating these areas and their associated potential defect signatures in the IC design. A local signature analysis/grouping module can identify and group local defect signatures in the IC design with the process monitoring and yield data as input, to output grouped local signatures. An intelligent learning engine can analyze the global signature map and the grouped local signatures and update some of the defect signatures in the defect signature library. A feedback loop is formed to update and renew the contents of the defect signature library for each new IC design while process and yield are improved.

    摘要: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for improving search speed and quality using differential indexing. One method includes an operation for building a first index for a database, the first index being for first tokens resulting from normalizing words in input data. Further, the method includes building a second index for the database, the second index being for second tokens comprising words of the input data eliminated from the first index during the normalizing. The method further includes operations for receiving a raw query for a search of the database, and for generating a search query based on tokens of the raw query. The search query comprises a combined search of the first index and the second index. A search is performed based on the search query, and results of the search are returned for presentation on a display.

    摘要: A service processing method, a baseband processor chip and a terminal are disclosed in embodiments of this invention, wherein the service processing method comprises: in response to a need for processing a CS domain service by a terminal, identifying whether PS domain data that is being received/transmitted in a PS domain service currently processed by the terminal is critical data for maintaining the QoS level of the PS domain service; in response to that the PS domain data being received/transmitted is not critical data, suspending the processing of the PS domain service and processing the CS domain service. The embodiment of this invention enables a terminal of Class B to process a CS domain service during the process of receiving/transmitting PS domain data.

The lenses are derived from a polymerizable composition including a first siloxane monomer represented by formula (1): wherein m of formula (1) represents one integer from 3 to 10, n of formula (1) represents one integer from 1 to 10, R1 of formula (1) is an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and each R2 of formula (1) is independently either a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; the lenses also include units derived from a second siloxane monomer represented by formula (2): wherein R1 of formula (2) is selected from either hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 of formula (2) is selected from either of hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; m of formula (2) represents an integer of from 0 to 10; n of formula (2) represents an integer of from 4 to 100; a and b represent integers of 1 or more; a+b is equal to 20-500; b/(a+b) is equal to 0.01-0.22; the configuration of siloxane units includes a random configuration, the second siloxane monomer having a number average molecular weight of at least 3,000 daltons that is present in the polymerizable composition in an amount such that ratio of the first siloxane monomer to the second siloxane monomer is at least 2:1 based on unit parts by weight.
