Abstract: A method and a device for dividing short TTIs of a special subframe are provided. The method includes: in a case that a configuration of a special subframe having a normal CP is used in downlink, and a DwPTS of the special subframe is used for short TTI transmission, dividing short TTIs in the DwPTS based on a predefined division pattern of short TTIs in a case that based on the configuration of the special subframe having the normal CP used in downlink and a length of a control region in the DwPTS, the DwPTS is determined to satisfy a division condition corresponding to the predefined division pattern of short TTIs.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: a base station sends a signaling notification to a terminal, so that the terminal determines, according to the signaling notification, whether a pilot signal of data transmitted using a second transmission time interval exists within a first transmission time interval, wherein the first transmission time interval is shorter than the second transmission time interval, or the priority of a service carried by the first transmission time interval is higher than the priority of a service carried by the second transmission time interval, there is a resource overlap between the first transmission time interval and the second transmission time interval, and the terminal using the first transmission time interval for data transmission knows a pilot signal location of the data transmitted using the second transmission time interval; and the base station performing transmission according to a pilot signal resource location of the second transmission time interval. The present application can ensure that a receiving end for other service transmissions can use a pilot signal for data demodulation, thereby avoiding the waste of resources caused by the destruction of the pilot signal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and a device for determining a power control offset for a PUCCH, for resolving the issue in which existing methods for determining a power control offset for a PUCCH are incompatible with new radio communications systems. The method comprises: determining the number of bits, OUCI, of first uplink control information (UCI) required to be transmitted on a PUCCH, and determining the number, NRE, of resource elements (RE) carrying the first UCI in the PUCCH; and determining, according to formula (I), an offset ΔPUCCH_TF,c(i) for calculation of power control of the PUCCH, and g(OUCI/NRE) is a function having OUCI and NRE as variables thereof.
