    摘要: An image processing apparatus and an image processing method are provided. A storage unit of the image processing apparatus stores an image and a piece of intensity statistical information of the image. The piece of intensity statistical information records that the image has a first number of pixels having a first intensity value, a second number of pixels having a second intensity value, and a third number of pixels having a third intensity value. A micro-processing unit of the image processing unit calculates a centralization degree of the second intensity value in the image according to the first number, the second number, and the third number. If the centralization degree is greater than a threshold, the micro-processing unit adjusts the intensity value of a pixel having the second intensity value in the image according to the second intensity value and the intensity value of the at least one neighboring pixel of the pixel.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus and an image processing method are provided. A storage unit of the image processing apparatus stores an image and a piece of intensity statistical information of the image. The piece of intensity statistical information records that the image has a first number of pixels having a first intensity value, a second number of pixels having a second intensity value, and a third number of pixels having a third intensity value. A micro-processing unit of the image processing unit calculates a centralization degree of the second intensity value in the image according to the first number, the second number, and the third number. If the centralization degree is greater than a threshold, the micro-processing unit adjusts the intensity value of a pixel having the second intensity value in the image according to the second intensity value and the intensity value of the at least one neighboring pixel of the pixel.

    摘要: A buffer packing apparatus for packing an object and increasing the buffering capacity between the object and a packaging box is provided. The buffer packing apparatus comprises a U-shaped column body and a pair of buffering sleeves. The two carrier boards in the U-shaped column body support the upper and lower surface of the object. The buffering sleeves are engaged to the respective ends of the U-shaped column body to form a buffering space for protecting the object against external impact. The corners of the buffer packing apparatus are also chamfered to increase the buffering capacity of buffering sleeves when the packaging box receives an external impact.

    摘要: An Internet/telephone adapter device and method is provided to automatically detect the communication type of an incoming call. The Internet/telephone adapter device comprises an auto-detecting means for providing a mechanism to detect the communication type of an incoming call by means of the feature rings. The feature rings have a predetermined feature distinguishable from non-feature rings. Whenever the auto-detecting means determines the communication type of the incoming call, it sends a control signal to CPU. In response to the control signal, the CPU will automatically switch the linkage to the Internet or to the PSTNs without further human operations.

    摘要: A buffer packing apparatus for packing a plurality of objects is provided. The buffer packing apparatus comprises a plurality of rectangular partition boards and a plurality of buffer columns. The rectangular partition boards form a plurality of compartments for buffering and accommodating the objects. Through the selection of different buffer column designs, orientation of the objects inside the buffer packing apparatus can be easily identified. With chamfers on every corner of the buffer packing apparatus, the shock produced by an external impact can be readily absorbed thereby increasing the buffering capacity of the packing.
