    摘要: A panel control apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided, and which includes a scalar and a timing controller. The scalar transmits a present display data for composing a display frame, and determines whether to generate a refresh request signal according to a state of the display frame. The timing controller includes a memory, an over driving unit and a panel self refresh unit. When the refresh request signal is not generated, the over driving unit converts the present display data into an over driving display data according to a previous compression data from the memory. When the refresh request signal is generated, the panel self refresh unit compresses the present display data into a refresh display data, and stores the refresh display data into the memory.

    摘要: A preparation method for an ethanol extract of the fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata (EEAC) is provided. The preparation method includes steps of: (a) providing the fruiting body of A. camphorata (AC); (b) extracting the fruiting bodies with a first ethanol solution; and (c) obtaining EEAC. EEAC further can be sequentially extracted or fractioned by n-hexane, ethyl acetate and ethanol, and an n-hexane fraction (FC), an ethyl acetate fraction (FA) and an ethanol fraction (FB) respectively are generated. The growth inhibition and apoptosis induction of leukemia cell line HL 60 are effectively mediated by FA product, in which zhankuic acid A is the bioactive marker. The amount of triterpenoid in the fruiting body of AC can be determined by NMR and HPLC analysis.

    摘要: An auto focus method adapted to adjust relative positions between an optical system and a sensing unit so as to make an image surface lying in the depth of field is disclosed. The optical system includes at least a focusing lens. The method returns the focusing lens and the sensing unit to zero, change relative distances between the focusing lens and the sensing unit to evaluate evaluation values of lying the image surface in the depth of field, and adjusts towards the evaluation values until the image surface by the sensing unit lies in the depth of field to complete auto focus. When performing the task of auto focus, the driving unit only reverses once in shuttling runs. The auto focus method not only increases focusing speed, but also enhances precision and degree of wear resisting, which prolong lifetime of the apparatus.

The body is provided with a main auxiliary magnet and a first auxiliary magnet structure therein. The main auxiliary magnet is located at the intersection of the first axis and the second axis, and the first auxiliary magnet structure is located on the first axis. The main auxiliary magnet is configured to be aligned with the main positioning magnet and magnetically attracted to the main positioning magnet.
