摘要： We describe expression cassettes and processes for preparing expression cassettes that can be delivered to animal cells in vivo or in vitro. Delivery of the cassettes results in expression of small RNA transcripts such as siRNA in the cell. The cassettes can by used to inhibit gene expression in the cell and to screen siRNA and other RNA sequences for functional efficacy.
