    摘要: The invention relates to a method in a reporting communications node (12, 14) for detecting usage of a resource within a radio access network. The reporting communication node (12, 14) is comprised within a radio communications network (1) in which radio communications network (1) a user equipment (12) is served. The reporting communications node monitors a performance measurement per user equipment of the user equipment (12), which performance measurement indicates usage of resources within a radio access network. The reporting communication node detects when the performance measurement per user equipment of the user equipment (12) goes beyond a threshold value over a preset period of time. In addition, the reporting communication node reports to a different communication node (14, 15) or within the communication node (12, 14), the performance measurement per user equipment when the performance measurement per user equipment goes beyond the threshold value.

    摘要: A turning tool including a basic body having an insert seat, an indexable turning insert having a triangular basic shape, and a tightening element fixing the turning insert in the insert seat. The insert includes an upperside and an underside between which three side surfaces extend that are situated in a first imaginary, equilateral triangle and therefore converge in pairs at an angle of 60° toward corners in which cutting edges are included. The turning insert is engaged with the insert seat via an interface that includes elongate and straight, female-like and male-like engagement members, which are in engagement with each other in order to prevent turning of the turning insert. The insert seat includes a supporting surface having a corner section against which an active corner of the turning insert is applied. The insert seat includes a single active engagement member, which is spaced-apart from the supporting corner section, and is in engagement with one of three engagement members included in the turning insert and located in a second imaginary triangle having an equilateral shape, which is smaller than the first imaginary triangle and rotated in relation to the first imaginary triangle.

    摘要: The present invention pertains to a process for production of recombinant arylsulfatase A in a cell culture system, the process comprising culturing a mammalian cell capable of producing rASA in liquid medium in a system comprising one or more bio-reactors; and concentrating, purifying and formulating the rASA by a purification process comprising one or more steps of chromatography. Other aspects of the invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising rASA, which is efficiently endocytosed via the mannose-6-phosphate receptor pathway in vivo as well as a rhASA a medicament and use of a rhASA for the manufacture of a medicament for reducing the galactosyl sulphatide levels within target cells in the peripheral nervous system and/or within the central nervous system in a subject. A final aspect of the invention provides a method of treating a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a rhASA and thereby obtaining a reduction in the galactosyl sulphatide levels in target cells within said subject.

    摘要: A tool for chip removing machining, including a basic body and a cutting insert detachably connected to the basic body via an interface. The interface includes a first connecting surface formed in the basic body in which a chute is formed that has two side-flank surfaces diverging from a bottom. The interface also includes a second connecting surface formed in the cutting insert in which there are formed a number of male members having converging side-flank surfaces that abut against the side-flank surfaces of the chute, and at least one transverse shoulder surface that abuts against a transverse stop surface in the connecting surface of the basic body. When at least one first male member in the connecting surface of the cutting insert is in engagement with the chute and has flank contact with the side-flank surfaces of the chute, a lower bearing surface of a second male member laterally spaced-apart from the first male member abuts against a support surface located in the connecting surface of the basic body and spaced-apart from the chute.
