摘要: A crimping including a stand at which a motor and a transmission are arranged. Moreover, first guides, at which a crimping bar is guided, are arranged at the stand. A shaft driven by the transmission has an eccentric pin at one end, and a resolver for detection of rotational angle is coupled to the other end. The crimping bar includes of a slide member guided in the first guides and of a tool holder with a retaining fork. The slide member stands in loose connection with the eccentric pin, wherein the rotational movement of the eccentric pin is converted into a linear movement of the slide member. The tool holder actuates a tool, which together with an anvil produces the crimp connection. An operator terminal is provided as an interface between the operator and the crimping press. The operator terminal includes a rotary knob and a keypad for input of operating data and commands into a control. A display is provided for visualization of data.

摘要: A cable to be tested includes an electric conductor and insulation. A sleeve is fitted on the insulation. The exposed cable end is prepared for a crimped connection, the electric conductor being connected of a conductor crimp, and the insulation and the sleeve being connected by an insulation crimp to a contact. The dimensions of the conductor crimp zone and the insulation crimp zone of the contact determine the spacing of the insulation end from the conductor end, and the spacing of the sleeve end from the insulation end. To test the sleeve position, the cable is moved over a diaphragm, the diaphragm being more or less covered depending on the instantaneous edge structure of the cable, and the light quantity transiting the diaphragm varying depending on the edge structure of the cable. The edge structures of the cable can be determined from the transiting light quantity.

摘要: A crimping press provides increased accuracy and precision. Both a rotative measuring system, such as an encoder arranged at a motor shaft, and a linear measuring system such as, for example, a measuring head and a glass scale, are provided. The linear measuring system may be coupled between a tool holder and the fixed press stand. The measurement values generated by the rotative measuring system and the measuring values of the linear measuring system are fed to a regulating circuit for regulation of crimping height.

摘要: Devices and to methods for thoracic drainage for a patient having an air fistula. A vacuum is produced in the pleural cavity of the patient by means of a suction device. In order to adjust the vacuum on the basis of objective criteria, a suitable size measure for the air fistula is determined and the vacuum produced by the suction device is controlled according to said size measure. An adaptive algorithm includes: (a) determining a first value of a size measure for the air fistula; (b) changing the vacuum by a first difference value; (c) determining a second value of the size measure after a first waiting period; (d) changing the vacuum by a second difference value having the opposite sign if the second measure is greater than the first measure; (e) repeating steps (a) to (d) after a second waiting period.

摘要: A system for aspirating fluids from a body by means of negative pressure has: a drainage line for removing the fluid from the body, a fluid collection container connected to the drainage line and used to collect the aspirated fluid, a pump by which the negative pressure used to aspirate the fluid is generated in the drainage line, and an auxiliary line whose end near the body is in fluidic communication with an end, near the body, of the drainage line. In the system, an approximately closed circuit is present or can be generated which interconnects this pump, the auxiliary line, the drainage line and the fluid collection container and through which air or a liquid can be pumped, wherein the auxiliary line is usable for flushing the drainage line. This system prevents and removes obstructions in the drainage line and also permits a relatively accurate measurement of the negative pressure in the body cavity.

摘要: A transfer device using a workpiece carrier to feed workpieces to workstations for processing. The workpieces are held firmly on the workpiece carrier by a holding device (3.1). Provided on a transfer table are guiderails that serve the linear guidance of the workpiece carrier in the “x” direction. Provided for each work station is a drive with a motor and a driving wheel that drives a double-sided toothed belt which in turn engages in a toothing of the workpiece carrier. A scale is arranged on the workpiece carrier and a stationary sensor form a position emitter whose signal enables the precise positioning of the workpiece carrier.

摘要: A suction pump system for aspirating body fluids from a patient is disclosed. The suction pump system includes a housing, at least one pump unit, and a one fluid collection container, which is connected to the pump unit via a vacuum line. The at least one pump unit is arranged in the housing, and the housing has more than one fixture for releasably and simultaneously holding the fluid collection container. The suction pump system allows a patient's body fluids to be aspirated from different sites simultaneously. The suction pump system is easy to operate, affords the user great flexibility in terms of the choice of drainage, and permits a good overview of the chosen applications.

摘要: A device for thoracic drainage comprises a container connector for a secretion collection container (3), which can be connected to the pleural cavity of a patient, and a venting device (10) for releasing air from the secretion collection container in passive operation. In order to keep the counterpressure as low as possible during the air release and thus make it easier to force air out of the pleural cavity (1) of a patient, the venting device has a controllable vent valve (12). For this purpose, a control device (7) determines the pressure in the secretion collection container by reading out a pressure sensor (11) and controls the valve to release air from the secretion collection container when the determined pressure exceeds a threshold value. The device can optionally also be operated actively by way of a vacuum connector (25). An ancillary line (2′) permits monitoring of the drainage line (2).
